This 1/3 acre property sits in the beautiful, eclectic and very welcoming central Tucson Garden District. Sit on the front porch with your coffee, bbq dinner on the back patio or a luxurious spa experience in the master suite walk in rain fall shower. The home location is perfect for anything Tucson... There is a small guest house on the property that is separated from the home that an elderly woman lives in. She has her own entry and does not use any of the homes yards, porches or other features. She is a wonderful lady that stays to herself.

We have one security camera near entry way on porch facing out towards street.

Attractive and convenient house

This is a nicely decorated, comfortable house in a convenient part of town. Even though the weather wasnt great on our stay we still enjoyed the back yard with the large cacti. The master bedroom is a little quirky but the master bath is great. The house is nicely stocked, it had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Cool house in a convenient neighborhood

Attractive house with cool, updated decor and lovely back yard. Neighborhood is convenient to central Tucson and the U of A. Host is very responsive. We would stay there again.

I rented this hone for my children and grandchildren and they all really enjoyed their stay. The location was perfect. Craig was very responsive and gracious. We all agreed to look into the house next year for our Thanksgiving visit.
