It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, with a double bedroom, a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, living room and kitchenette. Private parking completes the convenience of this accommodation.

A few steps from the imposing cliffs of Tremosine overlooking the lake and near Pieve, a medieval village among the 100 best in Italy, this apartment is the ideal base for exploring local nature and culture.

Located in the heart of one of the most exciting areas for MTB, trekking, trail-running and nordic walking of Garda, you can easily reach, through suggestive dirt roads of the First World War and panoramic paths, the highest peaks such as Monte Tremalzo (1950 m) and Monte Caplone (2000 m), as well as the best historical sites and viewpoints of the area.

Wir waren nach 2022 das zweite Mal in der Anlage zu Gast, hatten damals App. 11 und waren sehr zufrieden. Doch zum diesmal gebuchten App. 30 bestehen große Unterschiede. Lage und Aussicht sind gut, ebenso der Pool. Wir waren bei der Ankunft enttäuscht. Die Terrasse war ungepflegt und wild bewachsen. Die Hecke war nicht geschnitten. Im Appartement roch es muffig, die Betten waren klamm, es war lange nicht gelüftet, wir hatten den Eindruck, wir seien die ersten Gäste seit langem. Die Gasheizung funktionierte erst nach langem probieren. Der Fernseher funktionierte gar nicht. Der Sonnenschirmständer war kaputt. Ein herbeigebrachter Ersatz passte nicht zum Schirm. Es ist schade, dass man sich beim buchen kein genaues Bild vom Appartement machen kann, die Fotos scheinen verallgemeinert. Zumindest glaube ich jetzt zu wissen, wie der Preisunterschied von bis zu 25% zustande kommt. Aber das ist zu spät. Wir werden vermutlich nicht mehr hier buchen.

La Quiete 30 Lake view Apartment: Der Eigentümer der Wohnung sollte gelegentlich defekte Beleuchtungen, (Bad, Küchenzeile), defekten Sonnenschirmständer und defekten Fernseher erneuern oder reparieren lassen. Küchenutensilien (Topf, Pfanne) sind knapp berechnet.

Verschiedene Kritikpunkte

Wurden aufgefordert im Pool eine Badekappe zu tragen, hatten keine, wenn dies in der Beschreibung erwähnt worden wäre, hätten wir nicht gebucht. Kinder waren sehr enttäuscht, Lust auf Nutzung des Pools vergangen, da das Spielen (Ball...) im Pool auch verboten ist. Anlage offenbar auch von Eigentümern selbst bewohnt, hatten nicht den Eindruck, willkommen zu sein. Stromschlag an der Mirkowelle erhalten, Steckdose verschmort. Türe der Duschkabine ist jedes Mal rausgerutscht. Schwierig mit der Aussicht von der Terrasse, da ein großer Busch gepflanzt ist. ABER: Das Bad war sehr sauber! Das Zimmer der Kinder war eine ehemalige Garage, ohne Fenster, Durchgang/Türe etwa 40 cm breit. Gefühl wie in einer Gefängniszelle, auch durch die Ausstattung und Möblierung.
