You will find a 4-room apartment with 120 square meters of living space on the upper ground floor. The spacious and bright apartment has been partly renovated in 2024 and features comfortable and beautiful furnishings. It includes an open, large living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration only), a dining table, and a TV (flat screen). The living/dining room provides access to the terrace. There are two double bedrooms and one children's room equipped with one set of bunk beds suitable for two children. The apartment has natural stone floors throughout.
