Unable to stay
I can see why they will not refund your money. The rooms are very small and the floors creak terrible. They even know this by the sign walking in asking you to walk softly. Walls are paper thin and you can hear others talking. I feel like my money was stolen. From the conversation I heard from other guests while looking at the room we are not the only ones disappointed with the room. I might be wasting my time writing all this since Heather from the property management was deaf to any complaints I had or could care that we did not stay at all on the property. We had to find another room.
