Le Casanova "🙂 A really good location, 15 minutes away from the airport, near to the city center and next to a subway station. Very comfy and a nice kitchen, perfect for 2 people but no more. 🙁 It was really hot inside, you notice that as soon as you enter the place. It doesn't have AC but at least there is a fan you can move around. It was also a bit dark because the lights were not bright enough."

Le Casanova 🙁 Les codes d'accès n'étaient pas les bons et les clés n'étaient pas dans la boîte à clés comme prévu. Plus de 2h d'attente pour accéder au logement (le temps de trouver un numéro qui reponde (we) et d'avoir quelqu'un qui se déplace). Ensuite tout bien.

Le Casanova "Le logement était propre mais très Bryant et j'ai eu un soucis avec de un tyau qui couler dans le logement. J'ai envoyé un message à la personne que j'ai eu a l'arrivée et rien n'a été fait j'ai du mettre un seau et j'ai passé des nuits blanches. A l'arrivée pareille la porte d'entrée devait s'ouvrir tout seul une fois qu'on reste sonner quelques secondes mais la porte ne s'ouvrer pas c'est une voisine qui ma ouvert au bout de 20mn et pourtant j'avais appelé ."

Le Casanova "Gâché ! 🙂 Peu de choses..; J'ai demandé un dédommagement, voire un remboursement pour les préjudices suivants; * Lors de son arrivée, mon fils n'a pas pu entrer dans l'immeuble . Les consignes reçues étaient erronées: la porte ne s'ouvrait pas automatiquement en sonnant à l'endroit indiqué. Nous avons donc fait le numéro d'urgence et sommes tombés sur un monsieur très gentil mais inefficace ! Il devait envoyer quelqu'un pour ouvrir.. mais au bout d'1 heure, toujours personne ! Il devait aussi me rappeler pour me tenir au courant mais ne l'a pas fait Heureusement, un habitant du même immeuble est descendu vider sa poubelle et a donc ouvert la porte, permettant à mon fils d'accéder au boitier puis à l'appartement loué plus d'une heure après ! Voici aussi la liste de tout ce qui a été constaté : * Il y a une fenêtre qui ne fermait pas (impossible de l'enclencher !) * Dans la salle de bain la douche évacuait mal et mon fils a du la déboucher...!! *Ensuite il y a le pommeau de douche qui fuit fortement! Mon fils a essayé de le révisser mais ça ne marche pas. Toute l'eau ou presque s'écoulait hors du pommeau !! *La colonne de douche ne fonctionne pas elle fuit juste ! C'est inadmissible ! J'ai payé 147 euros pour 2 nuits??! Et Cocoonr demandait en plus de vider les poubelles,mettre le linge de toilette dans la baignoire, etc..? Pourquoi paye t on des frais de ménage ?? Ce serait logique s'il n'y avait rien à redire. Seul dédommagement 30 euros, puis plus de réponse à mes mails... !... 🙁 voir ci-dessus"
