Malgres notre réservation et la confirmation de votre établissement a notre arrivée nous n avons pas eu notre chambre. Un beug informatique... A 18h apres 550 kms nous n anons pas eu notre chambre. Aucune explication pas excuss rien.

J'ai réservé 2 chambres sur votre site. Facture 100,3€. Il restait à régler sur place les taxes et les petits-déjeuners. J'ai payé pa CB 23,1€. Soit un total de 123,4€. Or l'hôtel m'a établi 2 factures de 53,68€, soit 107,36€. Comment me faire rembourser les 16,04€ manquants Merci de votre réponse

Quelques points à Revoir

Il manque un espace penderie, juste 2 porte-manteaux dans la salle de bains: c'est un peu limite ! Il manque aussi un rideau pour la baignoire; rien qu'avec la douchette et en faisant attention, on éclabousse déjà le sol, il y a les anneaux sur la barre, mais...... Le matin on entend, les bruits de la circulation et des avions de tourisme qui décollent (sens de la piste ce jour-là)

le personnel d' acceuil est très bien - facilité d' accès - la chambre ds un état " vétuste " , les murs humidité - trous - prises se détachent++++ - toute la literie était " sale " à croire qu'elle avait pas été changée !!! les oreillers et couette avec des traces jaunâtres = vu avec le réceptionniste qui a lui m^me changé la literie puisque pas de personnel !!!! la tablette où repose la bouilloire ( couvercle cassé ! et pleine d' eau !!) était pleine de traces , le lait avait tourné au beurre , récipient sale ++++++ vu avec la gérante , à qui j'ai adressé un mail , excuses++++ désolée , mais qui me dit : " l'hôtel est en réparation " , alors on loue pas des chambres en réparation - de plus la VMC au dessus du lit, donc j'ai passé la nuit ( hôtel complet impossible de changer de chbre ) avec : bruit et froid INCONCEVABLE INADMISSIBLE - geste commercial : petit déj offert ............

parfait pour une nuit avant un RDV tôt le lendemain dans les environs. Lit très confortable, grande douche à l'italienne, petit déjeuner complet. Sur une ligne de bus qui rejoint le centre ville dont l'arrêt est devant l'hôtel. Parfait rapport qualité/prix.
