Dear Mrs Beata,You stayed at our hotel for two nights and only booked one room. Moreover, it was one of our largest rooms (37 m2), with three large windows and two balconies. Furthermore, our hotel is a boutique, privately owned and has nothing to do with Best Western. I would like to ask you if you are not confusing the facilities when giving your opinion?
