Likes: 1. Comfortable bed 2. 3 Nice Jacuzzis 3. Very convenient down town location 2/3 blocks from the beach. Dislikes: 1. Room needs a paint and rust stains in sink. 2. Nickle and dimes you; Charges for parking $30 Reais ( $ 7 dollars )and cannot pay with credit card also charged to use the Jacuzzi $ 10 reais ( $ 3 dollars) per hour. 3. Bathroom really really small. So/so: 1. Staff not to friendly but not overly rude either and failed to give me a receipt. 2. Breakfast has limited hot food choices especially compared to holiday inn and eggs were very waterty. Pastrys, bread,.youtert were all good.

Nice and close to the beach and city centre
Our stay was pleasant after some problems at arrival. We bought a half board rate, but at arrival we were informed by the hotel that they do not offer half board via online booking. After talking to the manager and the reservation centre they kindly agreed to include dinner during our stay, which by the way was an excellent buffet with a variety of dishes every night. Be aware when booking! Another surprise was that the hotel does not have free parking; it is paid and run by a valet parking mostly off-site (in our case the car had to stay outdoors in the sun for the 4 days stay!). The last downside were the two lifts that were always busy and very slow, so be prepared to take the stairs. The spa (Jacuzzis) is also paid and need to be booked 24h or less in advance for a 1hour slot. Apart from that, the food was excellent, staff polite and helpful, location very good and room clean and comfortable (with minibar).

I didn't like it. very much.
It wasn't as good as I spected. The pictures in the Web show a more confortable hotel than it really is. The only thing that I liked was the breakfast, it offers a variety of meals.

poucos cuidados basicos...
Acredito que uma reforma seria pertinente... Ar condicionado extremamente barulhento, no contato com a recepção disseram q não teria o que fazer e teriam q ver depois, mas não há solução pra isso. Não sei se a chuva, ou de outros ar condicionados, mas o gotejamento externo encima dele tornava bem difícil dormir com o barulho que fazia. A TV também não estava funcionando. Não havia qualquer sabonete, ou shampoo, nem liquido ou em pasta, o reservatório do sabonete líquido estava vazio. (algo que poderia ter sido melhor organizado para atendimento da demanda do carnaval)

Hotel razoável. Banho e cama bons. Banheiro sem circulação, com cheiro de mofo. Poucas cobertas para o inverno. Falta suporte para sabonete no banheiro. O principal, não são totalmente honestos no anúncio, pois referem "estacionamento disponível", mas não dizem que ao preço de R$30 a diária. Mesmo pagando, à noite, precisamos sair do carro e ir até a recepção para que abrissem a garagem, após esperarmos bastante tempo. Nas banheiras de hidromassagem (que são anunciadas) também havia aviso de que eram cobradas.

Falta uma boa manutenção no hotel. Nós hospedamos na sexta e ficamos até a segunda sem limpeza no quarto. Sendo que a chave era deixada na recepção as 10 e voltavamos para o quarto só as 15. Estacionamento no hotel mas sem acesso interno e aberto das 7 até às 24 somente. Café da manhã bem mais ou menos, certamente a cidade oferece opções melhores pelo mesmo valor.

Escolhemos o hotel de improviso, para passar 1 noite em Torres depois de nossa aventura pelo Parque Nacional de Aparados da Serra. Sendo assim, chegamos bem tarde (22h). O hotel é bem ok, limpo e bem localizado em Torres. O atendimento é direto e objetivo. A piscina estava limpinha para uso, o café é gostoso. Enfim, um bom custo benefício. Desejo sucesso a todos!
