•           a 5-minute walk of Eaton Shopping Center and a 2 minute walk from Osgoode Subway Station (Osgoode Station is 2 stops away from Union station)
•           a 10-minute walk or 5-minute drive from Union Station
•           a short walking distance from an abundance of restaurants, shopping facilities, transit lines (subway, streetcars, and buses), and local shops in the infamous Queen West Shopping strip
•           Within walking distance or short drive from Ripley's Aquarium, the PATH, Scotiabank Arena, Rogers Centre, Maple leaf square, Metro Convention Centre, Weston Harbour Castle, Billy Bishop Airport, Toronto Islands Ferry, Royal Ontario Museum, etc.

•           fully equipped kitchen with a sink, stove, fridge, dishwasher, kitchenware, and a dining area
•           bathroom equipped with a bathtub and some basic toiletries
•           use of the balcony
