This location was conveniently located for our hiking adventures on the Bruce Trail and we were really pleased with our experience! The beds were very comfy and the pillows were probably the best hotel pillows we've had 😺 Breakfast had a good variety of options and hotel staff were very friendly. We'll be sure to stay here again if we need to stay in this area.

Do not book this hotel for stays btw Dec. 24-Jan 2
Breakfast is simple but good. Do not book between December 24 - January 2nd, the hotel services will be in full shutdown with no one to attend to your need nor clean your room and no breakfast. First time seen an hotel shutting down services completely on Holidays. We felt seriously not safe on the property.

Good morning Mr.Tella, thank you for staying with us. We did inform you that we will be closed from Dec 25th to give our hard working staff a time off during the holiday. We have cleaned your room everyday during your stay except on Dec 23rd because you have DND sign on your door. Our hotel is very safe and we have security guards on duty in the evening. You do not have to make an announcement on our behalf about our closure because we have informed all the 3rd party websites and closed our inventory. Thank you for giving us your feedback.

Rooms were clean, staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was hot, fresh and a clean, inviting eating area. Toronto outlets near by. Lots of food options within a few minutes walk - or less to drive. Great overall experience- will stay again if I'm in the area.

A GREAT PLACE TO STAY
Clean, spacious room including the bathroom. Great breakfast included in price. One fault was no recycling bin in room. Close to several restaurants, would imagine those withou mobility challenges could walk to many. Great selection of shops in local mall.

There were drug users outside of our hotel room who were there all night. People tried to open our door and look in our window. Clearly homeless people hanging around the area. No water in the rooms. You had to go to a vending machine where drug users were sitting beside it.

Best Western website wouldn't let me book the exact same room that I could happily book on Expedia for $30 more per night. When I got to the hotel, the desk attendant reminded me that I paid too much, but couldn't even add my rewards card.

Very overpriced for a motel type of place. Nice to be able to drive right up to my ground floor room. Microwave and fridge in the room are very helpful. Then included breakfast was good. My main complaint is the cost and it was dirty. Our bathroom had other people’s hair all over the floor and the duvet cover had hair all over it as well. Almost looked like dog hair. Gross! They won’t let you pay in cash without paying the deposit in cash up front as well.

TV didn't work. Called once. Staff came and fixed it. Worked for about 5 minutes and broke down again. Screen kept displaying "no signal." None of the controls worked. Drain stopper in bath tub wouldn't close. Couldn't take a bath.
