Broken elevator, I reserved on third floor and my key card after two days kept stop working. Had to keep going up and down the stairs. Hot tub broken , plastic bag over smoke detector in my room. Property still has broken and dead landscaping from over a year. I go multiple times a year but never again.

The elevator was broken down when we arrived for check-in so the manager put us into a room on the first floor. The room is very clean and quiet. The breakfast was well stocked and the dining area was very nice.

Mostly everything is fine. However, I specifically reserved this hotel because of the hot tub. It was the only one in the area that had a hot tub. I paid extra so we could stay here and have this extra treat for the guys as they work really hard. I was sad to discover that it was difficult to get into the area and that it was broken. The elevator was also broken but that wasn't really the reason for staying here. It was inconvenient but not that big of a deal.

This property’s elevator was not working and they put me in the 3rd floor I asked to be moved to the 1st floor. I previously booked a suite and ended up in a regular room with 2 full beds

Hot tub doesn't work. I forgot items in my room. When I called a few hours later I was told room had been cleaned with nothing put in lost & found. So, I lost these items.

Its hard to know how to review. I want to be fair. Some things were good. Others not so much. The hotel needs some serious tlc. Some of the front desk people were wonderful. Others were less than stellar. There was a HUGE cockroach in my first room. These things happen. But my room was also not very clean. Lots of things didnt work or didnt work well. You can't get into the hotel from the front door, even with your room key, after 11. So when i was standing barefoot in 26 degrees wearing a formal gown holding my broken shoe with a bleeding knee ringing the bell to have someone let me in and then not being let in and then having limp around the outside of the hotel until i found a door i could get in with my room key, I was not so pleased with hotel staff who just stood in the lobby staring at me as limped by them. My 2nd room was cleaner and in better shape. and when i discovered I had left some medical equipment in my room, hotel management worked with to get it sent to me semi quickly. Don't pay more than $80 for a room here.
