If you're into casino-level accommodations and enjoy the smell of constant cigarette smoke, cafeteria-level food, and cheaply built rooms--then this is your place! PLEASE, do yourself a favor and pay a little bit more and get FAR more. Far more comfort, amenities, service, cleanliness and security. This hotel is dirty and unkept and run by a bunch of teens who know and care very little about service. NO water in room, no coffee/tea in room, TV and phone both broken, and breakfast was tang juice and processed cheese and sausages. It was so unbearable, I checked out a day early with no refund!

Absolutely disgraceful. Was charged an extra £269 at check in for a service fee we knew nothing about. We’d already paid hotels.com in full and was expecting to pay £6.49 in taxes on arrival, not £269 for just three days stay. Food was disgusting. Half board and had no choice. Was told just chicken tonight and we wouldn’t have fed it our dogs.

The room was nice enough, but the overall stay was horrible. I expect more from what the hotel calls a 4*. I was told that I had to pay an additional Euros 8 per person when we checked in. So, Euros 16 for two people. It was almost the same amount as a room. They said it was a charge for all 4/5* hotels in Tirana which is a lie. If you Google hotel taxes in Tirana, it states they are 350 lek a night which is Euros 3.15. I asked to see the manager several times. I was told he wasn't around, didn't now when he would be back, didn't know if he was on the property, wouldn't call him. When I did finally catch up with him, he placed the blame on Hotels.com for not changing the pricing on the site. When I contacted Hotels.com, I was told that was the responsibility of the hotel and I was told to talk to the hotel. The problem is that Hotels.com is a 3 party so it doesn't have direct contact with the hotel. A couple of hotels I used on this recent trip said they don't use Hotels.com for this reason. The hotel also wanted us to pay Euros 6 for the use of the TV. The manager said he would write a letter so that I could see about claiming the Euros 8 per person, per night back from Hotels.com. I was lied to during my entire stay. The hotel's attitude is to string the customer along until they leave. The stay left a bad taste in my mouth for the hotel and Tirana which is a shame. Never, Never stay in this hotel. It's not worth the frustration and the stress.

Do not book this place on Hotels.com!!! The description of the place and what is included is misleading and there are hidden extras. Despite we had paid for the room in advance, we were forced to pay 75 Euro per day to the hotel for as a "service fee". Description told pool and spa facilities included - it is not and you must pay extra for using it. Breakfast buffet was half empty and quite messy. AC was not working in the room.

For a European style hotel instead of taking a deposit on your credit card they make you leave your passport or a credit! Very unsafe! They also had know where on the website telling you that you have a 8 euro person city tax! The tax on hotel.com showed 2 dollars total!

The experience overall was good , the only downside , is that they charge on site a very high city tax which doesn’t compare to what’s listed when you pay on Expedia . May not be , but feels as a scam ! Other than that , well located and safe surroundings!

Bad hotel deserves 2 stars
At the reception they forced us to pay extra money that mentioned while I did the reservation online with my Credit card telling us that there is no direct contact between your site and their hotel so I paid 18 euros. The swimming pool has no free entry we must pay 8 euros unlike what was mentioned in the site. I had to change the room twice because of room AC heater not working. Very bad experience

After booking and paying on Expedia for the room I showed up at the hotel around 9:00 pm checked in and the attendant said that they needed a $100 deposit so I agreed to it as long as she gave me a receipt, then she came out and said that I need to pay a extra $16 for a city tax so I asked her to show me where in the itinerary at Expedia does it say that I needed to pay city taxes and how much she said that I didn’t book it on Booking but I booked it on Expedia and In order for me to get the room I had to pay the city taxes so don’t be surprised that when you show up there they hit you up with surprise fees I would suggest to have some cash in hand otherwise you’re not going to get the room

Very dirty place. We stayed there for 5 days and they never cleaned the room or changed the sheets and the towels. . Staff was rude and not helpful. They charged us extra per person at the hotel plus no TV or pillows. If you needed them you had to pay 4 euros per pillow and per tv per day per person. Horrible service

The standard of the hotel is good and the staff are friendly. I would recommend people stopping at tge hotel to do their research when booking things like taxis etc. Doing it yourself is alot cheaper example booking a taxi from the hotel to the airport 10 euros if you phone the taxi company direct yourself or 25 euro if the hotel phone the same company for you.

In my booking breakfast should be inclusive, but the hotel asked to pay for the breakfast although it was their fault. They said they had system problem with expedia and can not see my booking. They just said my booking should not included breakfast and they asked me to pay for it. After I paid I saw the detail of my reservation and it stated breakfast included, but they refused to give back my money. At breakfast time they even did not have my name on the breakfast list and asked me again to give signature for my breakfast. In my room the television did not function, although change room, the same probleme. And I booked the hotel because they have pool. But one worker said the pool not yet finished. Another said it was closed because of corona, the other one said I can use it if I pay money. 3 Different answers from one hotel. They said the hotel is new, but I can not closed the window and we can see the pipe of construction just laid on on floor without being closed or keep properly. In the room you can not adjust the temperature of your air conditioner. It was quite surprising, new hotel should give the best service to get customers, but surprisingly they did not. Sorry to say, but I can not recommend this hotel

I saw the image of this hotel as Congress venue so this would be of a certain standard. In actual fact, the hotel is run by un-trained staff who are trying to their best to please the guests. However the property is NOT what it is seen in the pictures. I booked 2 x Superior rooms @ Euros 107 each. In Tirana I expected a decent room. Complex air-conditioning, empty refrigerator. No water, no tea/coffee in the room. When we wanted to check in we had to wait for 45 mins before we could goto our room. Overall i am very disappointed. If we werent tired i would have gone to look for another place.

Don't stay here. We got to this hotel. I bought the royal room. They said the room was not available and put me in a room that was small but said they would give us a free dinner. They said the royal room would be ready the next night. The next day we got to the room and it was nothing like the picture. No bath tub. No modern room. I went down stairs and asked for the manager. He was not there and made no attempt to talk to me. The staff could do nothing. I showed the Expedia pictures of what the room was supposed to be and they said they have no room in this hotel like the one in the picture. I was told the manager would be back every hour until 11PM. He never talked to me. I called Expedia and was told to check out which i did. I went to a different hotel. Expedia was told by this manager 2 days later that they would not refund my money. I sent pictures to Expedia and they refunded the 5 nights i was there. I paid 220 dollars more for a extra person that I never got refunded. They don't have most of the amenities they say they have and the staff was unless. No one was friendly. Not one person. And when i was trying to get help they laughed at me. So save your money and peace of mind and dont stay here

Avrei scelto un altro hotel se avessi saputo che per entrare in piscina chiedono 10€ a persona per un kit spa, almeno segnalarlo, ovvero oltre al costo della tariffa resort, anche un kit psa, per il resto, colazione nella media, no acqua in camera, non servizi di un 4 stelle, posizione a 10 minuti dal centro

La zona era particolarmente centrale, a circa 10 minuti dal centro. Circa 5 posti gratuiti davanti l' hotel, mentre il resto è a pagamento 10€ al giorno. Personale abbastanza cordiale e colazione continentale abbastanza abbondante. Le cose non chiare sono le seguenti: dovevamo pagare la differenza della tariffa resort e ci hanno imposto il pagamento in valuta locale con valore di cambio nettamente superiore al reale (il cambio ci è costato circa 15 euro in più x 3 notti). Il deposito cauzionale non è stato accettato con carta, fortunamennte abbiamo fatto presente che non avevamo contanti e come cauzione hanno preso il passaporto. Ultima cosa, ci hanno mandato nell' albergo di fronte e non nella struttura vista su Expedia ed infatti le stanze erano diverse e non vi erano nemmeno le pantofole (indicate nella prenotazione). Molto da rivedere ma soprattutto Expedia dovrebbe verificare meglio le condizioni delle strutture.

La struttura ha del potenziale ma va migliorata. La vasca in stanza aveva il bocchettone di aspirazione senza protezione e pertanto era inutilizzabile, la spa era abbandonata a se stessa con persone che si tuffavano nella piscina e tiravano i cuscini dei divanetti. Peccato!

Vorsicht!!!! Versteckte Kostenfalle!!! Haben über Expedia bezahlt, 3 Nächte mit 2 Erwachsenen und einem Kind ca. 124€, und im Hotel angekommen mussten wir nochmal 25€ pro Person pro Nacht (225€) drauf bezahlen. Das ist unfassbar frech. Hier steht es unter Gebühren. Bitte alles vorher genau durchlesen. Auch mussten wir vor Ort 100€ in bar (es mussten € sein!!!) Kaution hinterlegen, welche wir beim Check out zurück bekamen. Hätte ich das Bargeld nicht gehabt, hätte ich nicht einchecken könnten. Auch das ist eine bodenlose Freiheit. Das Zimmer, welches wir bekamen hatte keine funktionierende Klimaanlage, Zimmertemperatur war ca 40°C , und erst nach einigen Diskussionen bekamen wir ein neues Zimmer. Leider kamen beim Flug unsere Koffer nicht mit, auch hier war seitens des Hotelpersonals keinerlei Unterstützung zu erwarten. Das Personal schien alles in Allem sehr amtriebs- und lustlos. Insgesamt ist das Hotel NICHT zu empfehlen.
