un super séjour

un séjour de rêve tout est parfait le déjeuner copieux , la plus grande chambre sans supplément, une superbe literie , la piscine pour nous deux , le personnel anglais sympa que du bonheur ,a refaire

un très bon rapport qualité prix pour l'été.

un hôtel chaleureux qui dispose d'une piscine et d'un jacusi. L'ensemble des services ne semble cependant pas complet l'été. Le personnel est aimable et disponible. très calme.

Séjour très agréable

Bel hôtel typique de la région - Chambre décorée en fonction, cosy, bonne literie, salle de bain fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Buffet petit déjeuner très fourni et frais. Zone spa très agréable : dommage de voir revêtir le bonnet de schtproumpf. Petit bémol : compte tenu du standing, il est regrettable d'avoir une télé d'avant l'ère de la tnt et de ne pas être réapprovisionné quotidiennement en gel douche/shampoing.

Un sejour au top

Nous y retournerons ! Le service est au top, les chambres magnifique. nous avions une chambres avec vue sur les montagnes !! L’hôtel est digne des plus grand !! Super !

Hotel accueillant, personnel aux petits soins.

Très recommandable à tous points de vue. Devraient améliorer leur wifi qui était assez capricieuse lors de notre séjour alors que l'hotel était loin d'être plein.

L'hôtel n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 4*.

Séjour en fin de saison = service au rabais par exemple: Salon avec cheminée mais pour le plaisir du feu, il faut venir en pleine saison! le bar supposé fermer à 23h mais le service est terminé à 21h Les soins au spa ne sont plus disponibles (c'était un de mes critères de choix) La chambre minuscule ne comporte pas de rangements adaptés (pour un séjour au ski on est supposé avoir pas mal d'affaires, non?) Point positif : l'emplacement au pied des pistes. Bref, une description idyllique sur le site mais une réalité décevante.

Un bien bel écrin...

Très bel endroit, personnel très soigné, souriant, agréable et disponible. Les petits déjeuners sont une étape à ne pas rater. Seul bémol (mais il en faut bien un) : impossible de prendre un verre au l'hôtel à 23h en période de vacances scolaire, dite haute saison. Mais cela reste tout de même une très belle expérience que de séjourner dans cet établissement.

Cortesia e stile ai piedi de La Grande Motte

Vicino all'ingresso dell'enorme parcheggio de La Grande Motte (una manovra vi aiuta a percorrere i 300 metri fino alla funicolare sci ai piedi), con la sua aria da chalet alpino si distingue dagli orrendi palazzoni di Tignes Val Claret (Club Med incluso). Bello il bar. comode le stanze con morbide lenzuola e asciugamani. Molto grande la zona wellness (con piscina e idromassaggio in stile ...termale) anche se un po' disadorna. Cortese e competente il personale.

Very nice ski hotel, very good breakfast

The breakfast was excellent, the public spaces very nice, access to the steam/sauna and pool was great. It's a little further from the lifts than most in Val Claret, but that wasn't a problem, it's still a short walk. Only issue was the size of the rooms, they felt a bit cramped, and one had to take real care to put away ski clothes and equipment to keep it uncluttered.

Very nice and unpretentious hotel

Very nice and unpretentious hotel, walking distance to very good slopes and village centre, good underground car-park, short walk to coach-stop for Geneva links, clean, nice alpine wooden decor throughout, linked to good restaurant, very helpful professional courteous staff, extremely clean fitments all new and in excellent condition, WiFi no problems, very good skiroom and boot drying facilities, super extra facilities (pool, gym, etc). Lovely clean smell in skiroom and lifts. Extremely hygenic. Not quite ski to door but a shortish (5 min) walk to main lift area (great by standards of most Meribel chalets). Fairly relaxed checking in and checking out. Breakfast good. Will be booking again - definitely now my hotel of first choice for Tignes.

Good quality hotel central to all slopes. Bus to La Lac stops right outside.

Nice hotel

All very positive! Only slight downside was the understanding of the reception staff to our couple of queries (they could not understand) - but then there English was much better than my French!

A little bit of luxury after a hard day's skiing!

We stayed for 2 nights at the Hotel Ecrin du Val Claret after spending a week in a self catered apartment up the road, and it was so nice to have a little bit of luxury after a week of fending for ourselves...! Friendly staff, excellent buffet breakfast, welcome drinks on our first night, and the Chalet Bouvier restaurant was first class (and really reasonably priced). The onsite fitness facilities, swimming pool and spa were top notch as well. I would have no hesitations in recommending this hotel to anyone - it's a real Gem of a find in Tignes.

Overpriced, really bad breakfast

Hotel is in reasonable shape and not too far (500 m) from lifts. Can ski back at end of day, but tricky. Breakfast was terrible...cold mushy eggs and vienna sausage from a can. Even the toaster didn't work well. Poor value in a nice ski town.

Как всегда, французский сервис!

Будьте осторожны, пытаются сначала подсунуть плохие номера, под видом, что другие заняты. В баре лучше узнать заранее сколько что стоит, потому как ценники потом сильно удивляют, например, рюмка коньяка VS стоит 10 евро. Неудобно разделены комнаты для хранения горнолыжного оборудования - лыжи отдельно, ботинки отдельно. Далеко от подъемников, либо автобусом, либо метров 400 пешком. Обратно на лыжах не заехать. Но, если все перечисленное не помеха, то есть очень хороший СПА, отличный ресторан, и альпийская атмосфера внутри отеля... Да, по ходу выяснилась одна неприятная деталь - французский консул не поверил сайту Hotels.com, что отель полностью оплачен, и потребовал принести квитанцию из отеля напрямую. Удивил, пришлось его долго убеждать...

SPA très agréable, jolie déco

Rien que le SPA vaut le séjour. Seul bémol: des horaires d'ouverture un peu restreints. Chambres un peu petites mais joliment décorées. Pas de bouilloire en revanche... Petit-déjeuner copieux et diversifié. Le réceptionniste nous a également gentiment photocopié un itinéraire de randonnée. Bref, séjour très agréable !
