There is no parking. I paid for a “reserved parking “ in a private garage. The reality offering doesn’t guarantee parking space, only give you access to garage. I paid the above published rate, and had to wait for someone to leave and vacate a spot. Parking a Toyota Yaris can also be a challenge. No ac in hotel room. It was 27 (80F). Windows only tilt offers no air flow ( outside temp was 26). They didn’t offer electric fan either. After 2 hours of negotiations, the ac was turn on by the third hour. We were able to communicate with staff in perfect English, but their usage of words takes on different meaning (expectations)) completely. Staff said “ac will be fully operational in one hour “. The reality. “ ac turned on after one hour”

Beyond expectations!!!!
Me and my family stayed at the hotel for almost two weeks, we were greeted by the staff with smiles and a fantastic attitude, every question, every thing we needed they were more than willing to help. Even when the front desk was closed, a phone number was given and they answered and helped with everything. The hotel itself is super clean, modern and equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. The common room was a perfekt place for kids to play in. The hotel is really closed to the town center, 5 min walk to areas of cafes and restaurants, max 10 min walk to the main shopping streets. Around the corner of the hotel are supermarkets and small restaurants. We felt safe walking in the neighborhood in the evenings, but if someone prefers taking taxi, it is really cheap and close to the main places in the city. We usually go to “regular” hotels but next time I’ll go back to Thessaloniki , this is definitely the hotel!!!!

Fantastic place in Thessaloniki
Fantastic ! A great place to stay, lovely and very thoughtful staff - they sped up the check in as my baby was a bit fussy and were always available to help. The flat was spotless, fully equipped and the attention to detail is great. I was using the flat to get ready for my wedding and they facilitated make up and family / friends coming up to the property. I will definitely come back - great value for money and 5* service.

The place was newly built, the room was an apartment with everything we needed, storage, space, privacy. There were two separate rooms. Big refrigerator and stove to cook. They had plates and glasses and silverware, coffee cups and machine. What one house needs they had it all, everything even shampoo, body wash and body cream. Tons of storage all over the house. On the basement floor they had laundry and washer and dryer plus iron board and iron also room play area or for meeting area with computer and fax or printer. You asking for something and the staff is there to help with. Very friendly people, super helpful and great hospitality!!! In the apartment that we stayed can sleep 5 people. Amazing 🤩 I definitely recommend for vacations or for work. Everything was so close from the center of white tower. A tons of stores around the neighborhood… really cool place 🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank you 🙏 all so much for everything guys! I will definitely visit again!!!

A newly renovated building. We stayed at one of the smallest room, which, despite being small had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, a counter you could use for eating. The staff was welcoming and helpful.

Our stay at Thess was fantastic! I can’t say enough about the willingness of the front desk (Elena and Despina) to accommodate our family of 5. From restaurant recommendations to calling taxis to helping with laundry. We had two adjoining rooms with well equipped kitchens. Exceptionally clean and very modern. Laundry services are in the basement along with gym and lounge. A mini-mart is located around the corner and all the main attractions within a 20 minute walk. Do not be fooled by the neighborhood as it is in the process of undergoing a rehabilitation. We felt safe at all times. Great hotel, you will most certainly enjoy!!!

We had a very pleasant stay at the Thess Residences this April. The location is a short walk to all the activities in the old city. The room, while not spacious, was well-appointed and lacked for nothing. The free laundry facilities were very welcome. In particular, Eleni, our contact at the hotel was very accommodating. She fulfilled all our requests and was extremely professional.

Cleanest accommodation out of six in Greece. Parking is a long walk and hard to access through narrow streets off-site. I did not read the information provided. I guess you need to make a parking reservation in advance. The manager was VERY helpful and got us into the hotel after hours even though we did not read that we needed to arrange after hours entry in advance. She was exceptionally cooperative.

Exceptional customer service, excellent facilities
What makes this property exceptional in my opinion, is their customer service. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful, polite, and pleasant. By far the best customer service I have ever experienced. The appartment and all the facilities were in excellent condition (new) and very clean. The location is good as well, everything is in walking distance - none of the main atractions are more than a 30 min walk away. Would highly recommend it.

Basic but good stay
Great property just a short stroll from the centre of town. On a very quiet street away from the main roads that run through town which meant having windows open wasn’t a problem for noise. My room was at the front though and not much natural light came in. Lots of cafes and bars in the area and also mini-marts. Kitchenette was big enough and the rest of the studio was ample for 4 nights. Staff were really friendly upon checking in. Gym downstairs was a little small so didn’t use it. Overall a great but basic stay.

the property itself is brand new and clean, reception is nice and courteous, the room was quiet and well equipped, full kitchen included the location is a bit of a seedy area especially after dark . the only disappointment is that the gym is only a treadmill and some small weights so not really breakfast was a kind of picnic baggy, but it was ok

Our Salonica Breakfast on the other hand includes the most representative local and traditional foods for which thessaloniki is very famour for. Fantastic stay
Fantastic place for a prolonged stay in Thessaloniki, perfect for working holiday. Daily cleaning, washing / drying facilities and social space to meet other guests. Hotel service with self-contained apartment feel. Despina was very welcoming, great communication and gave great tips about the city. Within 10 min walk to popular areas of the city. Highly recommend.

A lovely modern and welcoming property.

The perfect place to stay, in the center of the city. Everything is near to the hotel, five minutes from enerything by foot. The staff were extremely friendly and helpfull. I definatelly recomend it!

Exceptional design, clean apartments,friendly and helpful staff The location is great in the city center Brand new property with laundry room, fitness center, netflix application,playroom and many other facilities free of charge. I will definitely visit ThessResidences again

Fantastic property, all new and clean, nice decoration. The staff was also great and very friendly. The facilities were awesome and the location great, right next to the city center. Congratulations guys!!!

New and beautifully designed apartments in the center of Thessaloniki yet in a quiet district. Very kind and helpful personnel will give you all the information you need! Plus size rooms with comfortable bed and a fully equipped kitchen! Free Netflix access was a surprise!

I was able to book a luxury apartment at a very competitive price while visiting Thessaloniki for business. The centralized yet quiet location of Thess Residences enabled me to be able to be within walking distance to all my business meetings without the need for using a Taxi or wasting any time between meetings. For a longer stay, I wish that they had available a parking lot, but as I have been informed there are several options for parking within 300 meters from the property.
