「Die Höhenlage des Anwesen ist gut. In wenigen Minuten ist man bergab unkompliziert mit dem Auto an der Haupt-Küstenstrasse von Moraira. Leider hat man von der Terrasse nur einen eingeschränkten seitlichen Fernblick (ohne Meerblick). Die zusätzliche Terrasse auf der Garage im Nebengebäude haben wir nicht genutzt, da dies zu umständlich war. Das Ferienhaus präsentierte sich bei Übergabe wie beschrieben. 「What a find. A great villa with exceptional views from the Naya (heaven sitting with a glass of cava!). The villa was immaculate with great care taken over the furnishings, kitchen equipment and bedding. The beds were really comfortable. The recently landscaped gardens are lovely including a large pool (although too chilly for swimming in March). An easy 10 minute walk into town that has many bars and restaurants. The hosts were very friendly people who live next door, always available to answer...

「Just returned from 10 days at this villa. Paula was a fantastic host, nothing was too much trouble and Paula very responsive before and during our stay. Thank you Paula for your help :-) The villa is located high above Moraira. A car is pretty much essential as the roads are very steep. The position of the villa provides a stunning view down to the town and out to the Med. The outside area with the pool and sunbathing areas was large with plenty of room for sun beds. 「All the comforts for a relaxing time exploring this area with beaches, vistas and food. The apartment is spacious and well furnished. Paula knows all about the area and is very helpful and accommodating. Our favorite restaurant Enzo is only a 3 minute walk. Could not imagine a finer place for us while on the Costa Blanca.」
