Very nice room in a nice location. Great view. I would suggest explaining how to use the heater on the mini-split unit, especially since the weather is cold right now.

The property is wonderful, my only issue was the bed, it was very uncomfortable. It needs to be replaced. I spoke with the owner and he stated that he was going to look into this. But place was wonderful.

Spacious new boutique hotel in a residential neighborhood. Mattress was top quality, bathroom amenities plentiful, kitchen utensils and appliances all new. All around high quality. Wish i could have stayed longer.

The property is in very good shape, but there is big lack of training on their staff, no one knows what to do on ordinary occasions, I was not able to check in until 2 hours after my arrival (4pm) because the guard thought there was no one able to receive me at the time, so I went for a bite came back one hour late & still didn´t know what to do because no one answered the phone number he has, at the end all the time there was one person on the lobby office but this miss communication made a bad first impression, the room was perfectly clean, big enough, and whit good hot water. I blame management for the lack of training on the staff and not the guard directly who only does what is told to do.

Beautiful property with a niece view to the neighborhood. I just used the room to have a good sleep after attending to a wedding party (which I did because the bed had a comfortable mattress). The unpleasant situation was that the shower cartridge (shower handle) did not work, it was stuck and not even my husband could open it, so no water to take a shower. Make sure it works before accepting the keys to room #3.

Great Stay in Tecate
The checkin process was simple and we were walked to our room. It was amazing as soon as we opened the door. Large 2 bedroom unit with multiple couches, a large rock built into the room and nice kitchen.

The property is nice and clean . The check in was good. Just know that they will make you pay $50 or 500 pesos for a gate control . Also the website it says that the office is open 24/365 that’s a lie! And same with the guard being around to open gate 24/7 ! When I arrived at the hotel there was no Hurd to open the gate we had to call the office. I tried checking out before 12pm (that’s the check out time) it was around and the office was close and their phone was off . So I had to wait till 10 ish when the office open . They told me that I could just leave the keys in the room and left but when I check in They told me that I had to return the gate control so that was just a frustrating situation.

Buenos días Daniel, lamentamos el inconveniente que el error de la página te haya generado con el cambio de USD a MXN. Previamente se solicito un cambio de divisa a Expedia y la modificación solo se vió reflejada en las siglas "USD" y "MXN", mas no en el monto, quedando los mismo en dólar cuando se debían reflejar ahora si en pesos mexicanos. No quiere decir que Short Stay no respete los precios establecidos, todo fue parte del error en sistema.Saludos.
