The property is in very good shape, but there is big lack of training on their staff, no one knows what to do on ordinary occasions, I was not able to check in until 2 hours after my arrival (4pm) because the guard thought there was no one able to receive me at the time, so I went for a bite came back one hour late & still didn´t know what to do because no one answered the phone number he has, at the end all the time there was one person on the lobby office but this miss communication made a bad first impression, the room was perfectly clean, big enough, and whit good hot water.
I blame management for the lack of training on the staff and not the guard directly who only does what is told to do.
