It was a great price but the camper was clearly aging. There was a hole in the floor covered by carpet as soon as you walked in, a bit of a hazard. Camper was clean, cold AC, and was stocked with coffee, and treats.

Great location

A little small but worked for me and my dog. There were a couple great leash-free parks nearby.
