The 25 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, heating, a washing machine as well as a TV.

The highlight of this accommodation is its private balcony. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a covered terrace and a barbecue, is also available for your use.

The location of the property is ideal as it is possible to reach all services on foot: restaurants, bars, supermarkets, rotisseries and the city market are very close, just like the Cathedral of Syracuse. Furthermore, the apartment is situated a 2-minute walk from the Ortigia seafront. You can reach the beach Cala Rossa by walking another 100m.

Please note that during the high season, the limited traffic zone is active - guests arriving by car are asked to check beforehand whether it is possible to access the area.
