What surprised us most about this flat was its size. There was plenty of space for two people to get lost in. Plus a lock up garage. It is tastefully decorated and in excellent condition. There are views directly across to the beach and ocean. The only con was that the shower drained poorly, resulting in overflow starting to run down the hall - this was probably the result of a blocked drain and hopefully management (whom we informed) promptly rectified the issue.
