Hotel itself and the service is nice. It is a nice little cozy place. However parking space is a problem, with most guest arriving cars, we have very narrow site. Others might had to park outside.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Urlaubszeit im Hotel Eberwein verbracht. Swakopmund ist eine schöne Stadt aber abends sehr ruhig. Zur Erholung ideal. Hotel würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen obwohl es direkt an der Strasse liegt und die vorbeifahrenden Autos zu hören sind. Aber Service und Sauberkeit des Hotels machen alles wett. Sehr schönes Frühstücksbuffett.

Tout d'abord un accueil chaleureux, ensuite la decouverte d'un hotel romantique et vieille Allemagne. Une chambre propre et très confortable. La petite assiette de fruit renouvelée chaque jour. Petit déjeuner tout simplement parfait. Le personnel très attentionné. Bref un très bon séjour.

昔の欧州の雰囲気を醸し出している優雅なホテル
部屋の中に入ると、昔の欧州に来たような錯覚に陥ります。外観だけでなく、内装や調度品に趣きがあるホテルです。私の泊った部屋は、部屋自体も広く、ベランダもありました。バスタブも広めで、水圧も強く、お湯もすぐ出ます。WiFiもつながります。2階の部屋に泊ったのですが、エレベーターがなくても問題ありませんでした。スタッフも非常に親切で、観光のアレンジをお願いしたところ、迅速に対応をしてくれました。朝食も美味しく、BARでのビールも秀逸でした。街の比較的中心に位置し、海岸や繁華街までは歩いていけます。駐車場もあります。都会的な雰囲気に飽きた人が、優雅に過ごすにはうってつけのホテルです。

街の中心にある便利なホテル
周囲の治安は良さそうだが、ホテルはさらに門が閉まっておりゲスト以外の侵入を制限している。レセプションは午前７時から午後９時までだが、それ以外の時間もセキュリティーガードが見回りをして駐車場の開け閉め等対応していた。自分は朝６時過ぎに出発しなければならない旨を前日に伝えておいたところ、それに合わせてレセプションを開けてくれて朝食もパックして持たせてくれるなどスタッフの対応は非常に良かった。部屋もきれいで清潔、広くてほとんどの設備が整っていたが何故かエアコンが無かった。滞在した日はファンで問題無かったが、暑い日はどうなのか疑問だ。

Gutes und preiswertes Hotel zum Entspannen
Servicequalität ausgezeichnet, hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr saubere, elegant eingerichtete Zimmer. Frühstücksbuffet üppig, einschl. die Option etwas Warmes zu bestellen. Der Maisbrei ist empfehlenswert! Besonders günstig ist ein PC im Foyer mit Internet, der den Gästen frei zur Verfügung steht.

Besuch in Swakopmund
Kurzer Besuch in Swakopmund. Sehr schönes Hotel in einer ehemaligen Villa gelegen. Im Stadtzentrum der vom Deutschen Kaiserreich gegründeten Stadt. Für historisch interessierte Personen immer eine Reise Wert. Die gigantischen Sanddünen in unmittelbarer Umgebung der Stadt sind atemberaubend.

A very good place to stay
All in all the hotel is nice, the service is very friendly and it is not located far from the city center (you can walk). Very positive: They are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection is like a 4 or 5 star restaurant! Slightly negative thing (not a big deal): The walls of the hotel seem a litle bit thin (I could hear other guests sometimes), the WiFi connection was very slow (maybe it is faster at other times) and the TV set was a bild old. But I can recommend that hotel and would stay there again.
