We stayed here for a few nights in the summer. The hotel is in an excellent location on the sea front. There is a small beach, and a number of the rooms look out over the sea. The restaurant also has a good balcony so you can eat breakfast with a great view. The hotel has a good number of city bikes which you can hire for free to get around, or you can pay to hire mountain bikes if you are feeling more adventurous.
We booked one of the Junior Suite rooms, which I would recommend as they have a lot more space than the standard rooms. The bedroom itself is quite basic and there is no aircon, but the living area is excellent. The room has a double bed and 2 bunk beds, which would be fine for younger kids but too crowded for teenagers. The kitchen area is very basic and you have to pay to hire pots and pans, so I would recommend bringing your own.
The restaurant served some really good food, but there were only 3 mains and 3 starters to choose from so not a huge selection. Prices were reasonable when compared to other restaurants in Denmark.
The location is the best thing about this hotel, but it's definitely a comfortable place to stay.
