I booked and paid for a Suite, but upon checkin I was given a Deluxe Room. I was so annoyed because a Suite is the most expensive Room which I deliberately booked to stay in. I argued with the Receptionist at the desk that I booked for a Suite and not a Deluxe. I called notified Expedia. They called the hotel and all I was offered was a complimentary dinner. Expedia has offered to give me a $25 voucher which I am still to receive. Always double your booking that you will get the Room you booked and paid for before you accept the key to your Room. I was ripped off.

-The pool side bar was closed and the pool itself was underwhelming. The staff and services were great. So i guess its a balance 3.5/5 stars from me

The reception area and bar were nice, but our room was quite run down, as was the pool.
There was no hair dryer available.
The location is good, not far to walk downtown, and there’s an excellent restaurant very close by.
The property is definitely aged and could use some TLC, however the staff were really friendly and helpful. The food onsite is good, and they addressed any issues with the room quite quickly. You could do worse given the price range.

Staff are good, well trained, always smiling. More cleaning in the room would work, saw some bugs around breakfast food walking, that created a sort of precautionary thoughts of not to eat unpacked food.

Staff are very friendly and flexible and very helpful
Water leaking on my bed. Took pictures and advice Expedia and hotel. Hotel said they will refund me for one night but still waiting for refund to come. Please check and advise.
I slept on a used sheets. Reported it in the morning. Was told that someone will change the sheets but whwn i returned to my room in the evening, nothing was done. Even thoughi hung "Please make my room." I wont trust this place in near future.

Reasonable value for money. Bathrooms in need of attention. Breakfast could be more exciting
The room was not up to expectations. The bathroom was too dirty. Plus it had bed bugs and despite changing the room it still had bed bugs. The maids were too poor in doing the rooms.
