The Space:
Live a luxurious lifestyle in this Pelican Waters home! Situated in the greater Caloundra region which has recently been nominated Queensland's no.1 tourism destination! The home’s interior has been designed to celebrate life from every aspect, and has a layout that provides harmonious indoor/outdoor flow.
The floor-ceiling glass blends a picturesque waterside outlook with the beauty indoors – so you can enjoy comfort, connectivity (and phenomenal sunrises and sunsets) from either locale.
Boasting an enormous 650 square meters of indoor living space, the 6 generously sized bedrooms and 4 bathrooms easily allow for up to 12 guests.
The kitchen is a dream, equipped with state-of-the-art modern facilities and choice of indoor or outdoor breakfast bar facing the water. There is also an easy-to-use BBQ for delicious grilled delights and sun-kissed, al fresco dining.

You can take a day trip out to the majestic Sunshine Coast hinterland, indulge in some much needed retail therapy or spend a day out on one of Queensland's best golf courses which has just had a grand reopening after being completely redesigned. Its all at your fingertips! If you are into boating, fishing or even notching up some hours flying at the nearby Aerodrome, you can do it all with ease during your stay. Flying over the Sunshine Coast is an experience recommended to all! If you are bringing your boat or fancy a stopover here on your way through, the recently developed Pelican Waters Marina is just around the corner and offers a full service marina yard for any maintenance or storage needs as well as a cafe, carparking and other amenities. The property is just a few minutes’ drive to Woolworths, Coles, Aldi, local shopping centres, King's Beach, The Power Boat Club, off leash dog parks, and Australia’s first smart city streetscape stretching 700m in downtown Caloundra.
Getting Around:
Driving around in your own car or a rental is the best for Pelican Waters. Riding the bicycles provided by us is also a great option. There is public transport in the way of buses with a bus stop not far from the residence and of course you can always cruise the canals in your boat! Ubers and Taxis are easily utilised in the Golden Beach/Caloundra areas.

Due to the quiet neighbourhood setting, we have set quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. This is not the home for late night gatherings – We like our neighbours! :)

A signed rental accommodation agreement and external deposit charged separately from Airbnb are required also to book this home
