There is no elevator, so hiking luggage up and down stairs was a doozy!! The apartments are run down a bit, the room was nice, but just average…mold on windows and the kitchen provides no condiments, just as salt & pepper or any paper towel. Nice view of the river though

We clearly state that there are no lifts but the position and the view make your stay a pleasure I am sure.We have had a very wet season and mould is everywhere on the Sunnie Coast sorry about the windows they are on the southern side and are always cold.

Communication was good but the appartment was dirty and we couldn’t use the spa due to not heating only got to use it for 1 night and it was slimy. Parking was terrible because we have a long car so didn’t fit in the garage and no parks anyway else.

My partner & I stayed in mid November 2022.The apartment was HUGE. The lounge room (with chase sofa was very comfortable. The fridge in the kitchen was massive and the private rooftop jacuzzi was the perfect place to just relax and unwind. Yes the car space was a tight fit and there is no elevator, however it is only a 3 storey building but we found that if you arrive with everything you need it negates the need to be going up & down very often. Having read one of the old reviews that gave the place 1 out of 5 - well it sounded to me like it was the kind of person who would find fault with anything and everything. Don't be put off by that - check it our for yourself. You'll be pleasantly surprised.

Our stay at the Refelctions apartments was great. The apartment was airy, spacious & clean. It had everything we needed. It was in a great location overlooking the river with lovely views. The staff were brilliant & gave us a choice of apartments on arrival & were amazing in allowing us a late check out as we had a night flight. I can't recommend Reflections enough & we will definitely stay there again! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

They are constructing a high rise next door, had we known that we wouldnt have booked there. Noisy from 6.30am till 4pm. traffic congestion, large trucks and cement concrete pouring going on. Avoid this for the next year until the construction is complete.

Loved the position at Picnic Point - lovely quiet location. Great view of the Maroochy River. Spacious apartments and the Rooftop area was just excellent. Spent most of our time there.

Great Place
Reflections is a 4 story Apartment block with balcony and great outlook over river. Located 600metres from main shopping area. With a number of smaller shops closer. On a quiet street but backs onto a main road. Road noise was not an issue in our apartment. There is no lift, but a few stairs were not an issue for ourselves.

The managers of this property couldnt have done more for us. The unit was pristine and rooftop spa area beautful. The furniture is a bit dated, but all very clean. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you need. Excellent for families.

Not like the pictures and you need a car
The apartment we had wasn’t like the pictures. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and had been modernised but the lounge area / furniture / carpets were in need of updating. (I only looked at the pictures afterwards wondering why we had booked there). We never found the pool, but we also didn’t think to go and look for one as it didn’t seem obvious where it was. The view over the river is very beautiful and relaxing and we did enjoy lunches on the balcony. What we struggled with, was being without a car as you don’t have cafe’s on your door stop, it’s fine if you would like a walk but you can’t just pop out for a quick coffee or ice cream. When we checked in, the manager was very friendly and helpful and helped us with our bags to the room, however reception isn’t open for long periods like hotels are as just something to be aware of.

Great water views, nicely decorated.
Unfortunately the oven didn't work and the bathroom mirror fell off the wall whilst a family member was standing in front of it. Over all good value for money though. Ask for a ground floor if you struggle with steps though.

A great spot
Great location. At end of picnic point esp which means there is no major traffic going past the front door between accommodation and the waterfront. Secure car parking. A nice relaxing place to stay. The best spot in our opinion.
