Beautiful location! Bayz on the River has lovely views overlooking the ever changing Maroochy River to Mt. Coolum.
Fully fenced 3 bedroom townhouse.

The newly refurbished and larger Sunshine Plaza is within walking distance or a very short drive away with amazing new shops, cafes, bars and cinemas. A huge Timezone has also just been added to the Plaza.
The Big Top centre has bowling and amusement arcade . The kids wont be bored!

When it’s time to relax there is no need to cross the road to access the sandy beach as there is an underpass approx 50 meters from the front door (turn right) to take you directly to the beach and rivers edge... or just sit on the balcony overlooking the water and enjoy watching the activities.

You have endless possibilities to choose from ,bike or walk your dog along the footpath, kayak along the calm Maroochy river. Cross the footbridge to Chambers Island for a picnic where kids can play on the newly updated playground.

We have 3 kayaks with life jackets and 2 boogie boards at the property that you are welcome to borrow. We just ask that you carry the kayaks to and from the water and not drag them as it ruins the bottom.
Boats, jet ski, extra kayaks or catamaran can be hired 100 metres up the road from Swan boat hire

Within walking distance or a short drive to Cotton Tree and Maroochydore beach.

We are a vegan friendly property so no leather couches or feather quilts. Guest amenities are cruelty free.

Standard rate is $220 a night which is only just over $30 a night per person if 6 guests stay... great value ...cheaper than backpackers! 2 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY
Although we charge a one off cleaning fee of $160 We DO NOT charge for linen, towels, portacot, high chair, wifi , pets or kayaks

Bus stop on Bradman ave plus courtesy buses are available to most local surf and RSL Clubs

Your beds will be made up with fresh linen for your stay , we also leave a starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, doggie treats, soy milk and fruit juice.

*Air conditioning in main living area, ceiling fans in all other rooms.


YOUR PET IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE UNIT BUT NOT ON BEDS OR FURNITURE PLEASE, THE CLEANERS WILL CHARGE EXTRA FOR DOG HAIRS ON FURNITURE OR FOR FOLDING COTS.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for a self-catering holiday. Electric oven and cook top and a dishwasher ready to take care of the cleaning.

Flat screen TV in lounge and also in the main bedroom.

Outside there is a fenced small garden with gated entry , room enough to store a tinny or canoes

The single garage houses a washing machine and dryer.
PLEASE NOTE…The garage attached to this unit is small so if you have a large car street parking is available …at no stage is a car to be parked in driveway as it blocks in other tenants , thanks

Thank you we had a great weekend away at Bayz on the River. The house was fantastic, very clean and we loved the treats for us and our dog. The location is fantastic for a family. We went swimming and fishing in the river just across the road. We will be back!

Busy road but as the unit is at rear of property it’s not an issue. Enjoyed the house. Very clean and Dawn was very helpful. Garage is very narrow but we managed. Lots of fun things for active people.

Clean & well presented.but stairs were VERY steep & entry from road quite difficult. Also had a dining room chair collapse under a friend & it looked like it had already been repaired.

2-storey 3br townhouse, clean, well-equipped, comfortable beds. Thoughtful inclusions which would be handy with children. Location is quiet, back from the street, a 5-minute drive to shops and beaches. Good for walks along the river, and to hire kayaks etc on the river. Hosts communicative and obliging. I would stay again.

We stayed at the property for 10 nights and it was a great experience. The property had everything that was needed for our stay. The check in process was super easy, we had all the information sent to us via email and text message. The owner Dawn is very friendly and responsive. The location of the property was spot on, right near the River with plenty to do nearby, easy access to shops a quick 5 minute drive or you can hop on a scooter. We didn't use the kayaks or bicycles but they were all available in the shed out the back. The garage is small but our medium size SUV fit perfectly. The price is amazing especially if you are splitting it with a couple of friends you get really good value for money. We traveled for the AFL masters national carnival and had a lot of comments from others on the prime location we scored for our stay! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the property to anyone. Thanks so much Dawn we loved it and will remember our stay for all the right reasons.

Unit was very clean and easily exessable in a great location across from the river and canal entry which is a very nice area to swim just a short walk into town for a feed or even shopping but far enough out of the way of the noise. Highly recommend this place for a small family and is also very pet friendly.

We took our big kids and their partners and it was very comfortable for 6 of us. It has everything you could ever need. Our dogs loved it, they ran up and and down the river and met lots of other dogs.

What a fantastic, property! We’ve just had a 3 night stay for a school sporting carnival and loved the convenience to the sporting complex, beautiful beach and foreshore across the road and clean, well appointed doggo friendly townhouse… will definitely be returning next year!

The property was well located to allow easy exploration of the sunshine coast. Dawn had thought of all the little things you may need eg cling wrap etc which made for an easy stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The accomodation was just as described, plenty of room with easy access to water sports, pet swimming/walking. We enjoyed the extra touches like being able to borrow the kayaks and bikes. It was convenient having a high chair, baby cot and barrier for baby/toddlers. We still really had to watch the toddler with the stairs and bannisters as she could squeeze through the space. Stairs could be difficult with a physical disability. The yard was well secured for animals or children. The kitchen had most of the small basic things you have in your home kitchen like condiments and cling wrap etc. we would definitely recommend the place and wished we would of had a few more days.

The accommodation was in a great location and the price was right. All the amenities where spot on. It had a homely feel which was great for us. As my wife and I, our 3 kids and Nana enjoyed it immensely. Hope to visit again in the future.

Very thoughtful accommodation everything you need right down to board games,beach umbrella and picnic basket. All three of us walked,swam and ate...its a fantastic to include your whole family,fur babies included.

The location was excellent for us. It was just across the road from a river bank where dogs are allowed as long as they are on lead. The water was calm for our little dog to safely swim in.

It was the first time the family had been all together for years. A BBQ is definitely needed as cooking for 5 in the kitchen was a bit grubby (oil from steaks etc makes the floor greasy) The bikes need some attention, I lost a pedal & luckily the seaplane man had tools to put the pedal back on.
