"Soweit war alles in Ordnung, nur die Organisation im Vorfeld hat nicht geklappt. Es sind Appertments ohne Rezeption, d.h. man muss zuvor die Schlüsselübergabe organisieren, was schlecht ist, wenn der Ansprechpartner nie ans Telefon geht und es auch keinen Anrufbeantworter gibt. Von sich aus hat der Vermieter sich auch nie gemeldet. Über einige Umwege und mit Hilfe von hotels.com hat es am Ende doch noch geklappt."

"Schönes Hotel. Die Lage neben dem Schloss ist sehr schön und ruhig. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Möglichkeit zum Wäsche waschen besteht im entfernten (zu Fuß in 5 Minuten) Landhof. Dort gibt es auch viele Freitzeitbeschäftigungen (Volleyball, Basketball, Tischtennis, Spielplatz...) Zu den Bädern Bansin, Heringsdorf und Ahlbeck sind es ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Ab 11 Uhr bis ca. 14 Uhr ist sehr viel los in den Orten. Stellenweise schlechtes Durchkommen mit dem Auto und erhöhte Sucherei...

"I would recommend to request the 5th floor. There is a mini golf course directly in front of the hotel and the noise level is high into the night. The advertised pool was out of order, but we got a coupon for a nearby indoor pool. Unfortunately very crowded. If you want piece and quiet, look somewhere else. "
