The morning manager was amazing, had a very wonderful personality and professional. She went so far as to offer me a breakfast plate. The room has so much more to offer, cleaned, updated then staying across the street. Mistake we made the night before. We felt very safe with all of the lights on the property. We lived in Manteca many years ago so we know the neighborhood. Thank you for the wonderful room, clean, fresh sheets that were tucked properly. Thank you too the house cleaning staff as well. There was no trash on the property, thank you to the maintenance workers as well.

The property was good. But the housekeeping was not great. I room was very dusty. My allergies was up in the room. Itching throat and eyes. Sneezing. We had to let them know that the room needed dusting. Also the bathroom tissue box and faucet look like it was never cleaned prior to our arrival.

Broken televisions and broken shower wand. (I took video of the broken plumbing) The desk mentioned something about a leak in another room… go figure. I was told I could change rooms the next afternoon after checkout (11am) Desk called me at 6:15 am Sunday morning to accommodate me by moving my room. No really 6 in the morning on my first nights stay! New room had television issues as well cut out during the NBA finals. Room key issues with multiple trips (by stairs, elevator VERY slow)to the desk to the point they didn’t believe me but after seeing the problem first hand they hand no more “excuses” account of it was 6:30 am and the guest staying in the room next door opened the door to complain we were making noise. You can’t make this stuff up! A ramen or a candy bar from your “store” wasn’t going to rectify my inconvenience. Construction happening starting at 7am 100 ft from building. If you want room service you will have to ask. I stayed 7 nights and didn’t ask for anything. I was happy to be going home If I had to say one positive it was that the breakfast was decent
