Nice little room behind the house. The yard was nice. It would have been nicer if the the pateo furniture had been cleaned off so that we could have sat out there. My wife would have liked a little more light in the bath sink area.

Wine dog stop over
Hotels didn't send us access info but called owner and got it. We arrived at night when it was dark so were unsure if we were at the right home. Overall a great and reasonably priced room with great access to wineries and easy drive to downtown Lodi. Bed was comfortable and backyard was great and secure for our two small pups. We would stay again.

quiet yet close access to freeway
Overall this is a great place. only issues were no hot water in any of the sinks. Just the bath/shower. ?? could be cleaned a bit better. dusty with cobwebs but none of the furniture was dusty.. just lighting and drapes

Had a great stay at this charming little cottage. Perfect for 1 person or a couple. Located right outside of town. Feels like your in the country surrounded by grape vineyards, yet just a few minutes away from restaurants, shopping etc.

Beautiful location with quiet backyard - the arbor with a tree canopy was shady and there were so many birds. Studio was well appointed - no stove or toaster, but small fridge and microwave. Recommend and would stay again.

Liked: House was great, home was welcoming, nice beds, good living room to hang out in and large table to eat at or play games. Close to down town and Costco, other business. Large front yard, gate for security if you are willing to get in and out to close each time and it was raining. Disliked: Tub/Shower was very hard to get in and out of, even though they put in handicap rail, I had to crawl out of tub/shower. Noisy: Property is located right next to Hwy 99 and very noisy, had to wear ear plug to get to sleep, front bedroom. Back bedrooms said they did not hear the road traffic. Sitting in living room you heard lots of road traffic, but located right next to very busy highway.

It is a beautiful quiet peaceful place. Just what I needed. My only complaint, is that there should be a curtain on the window by the porch of the next unit. Very clean. I would have liked a sign on the gate. A little difficult to find.

Cottage filthy. The backyard was dangerous with deep holes. A loud and frightening German Shepard barked every time we opened the door. Completely unclean. Sticky floors, filthy placemats, inches of dust. TV did not work. Lights to outside in front did not work.

A beautiful cottage in wine country!
This cottage (Pinot Noir) was just the right space for my husband, our daughter, and I. The beds were sooooo comfortable and the landscape was amazing. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio and just taking in the beauty of the surrounding vineyards.

The property was very comfortable and beautiful. The Cottage was amazing as well. The ONLY knock/negative about this place is that the plumbing pipes seems to be a bit outdated so the bathroom has a sewer stench to it at all times. It is okay if you close the door but you have to deal with it whenever you are in the bathroom. But the whole place is very clean and Gary the owner seems to be a kind man. 4/5 stay for us!

Adorable cottage
The cottage was really adorable and charming. The sun room was really cute. The water pressure was great and the water stayed hot. The beds were extremely comfortable. The only downside is due to being located in the country in a sense, there were a lot of bugs. It was also VERY dark at night and there wasn’t any lighting in the driveway area. Lastly, the hosts have no control over this, but the guest in the other cottage (on the same property) essentially took up a majority of the parking and all the parking on the street when they had a get together. This literally made it hard to get in and out of the shared driveway and dangerous to leave because you couldn’t see past the cars when exiting the driveway onto the busy road. I would suggest they block off space on the immediate right and left of the driveway to avoid that. All in all it’s a great option and it’s in a great location.

The place was amazing! I love how secluded it felt, even though it was right near the highway. The only thing I found missing was a continental breakfast that was advertised on hotels.com. There was coffee and dried spaghetti. I don't think that counts. Beautiful house. Comfy bed. We definitely will be back!
