The front desk womab was rude on checkin and they did not provide the suite that I had booked. The property was clean but the staff ruined it from the very start.

Service desk was helpful. Breakfast good. Slipped and fell getting out of the shower. Tub very slippery and needs a slip resistant mat inside

Not much we liked about the property. The front desk staff was friendly enough but totally unhelpful. They couldn't even provide a box of tissues after housekeeping failed to replace an almost empty box. For a kid sick with a sinus infection and constantly blowing his nose, this was a problem. The hair dryer was broken. I didn't realize it until I went to use it in the morning. I took it down to the front desk and asked for a replacement to be brought up. I stood there as they called housekeeping. We waited an hour, and no one ever showed up. We finally checked out. The room next to ours had the TV on loudly ALL night long. That was fun. I'd strongly recommend finding another property to stay at if you ever go to Statesboro.

The customer service was excellent. The front desk staff, housekeeping, and bar staff were all excellent. Now for the negative. Our room was placed over the ballroom and a party was going on until after 11 and with my elderly grandmother it made for it being tough for her to get to sleep. I spoke with the staff and she explained they were booked up with rooms and offered an apology and that’s it. Also the room above us sound like they were having a WWE match from wall to wall to floor to floor. It was a horrible experience.

Clean, comfortable, nicely furnished room. Very friendly and attentive staff. Very good shower with plenty of hot water. They offer a reasonably priced buffet breakfast as an add on. A very tiny fitness room and some of the equipment was not working properly and the refrigerator did not cool/freeze adequately. A good value Hotel. We would book it again

A few irritants! All the lights in the room were very bright, in fact too bright. The bathroom ceiling extractor fan and bathroom light had one switch. The fan was too loud, so going into the bathroom was uncomfortable always, unless you left the switch off.It should be possible to have a quieter extractor fan.
