I reserved a non-smoking room. I was given a smokies room. The room looked horrible. The curtains had holes all over them, the room stank of cigarettes, there was hair all over all the floor from the last person, and the sheets looked dirty. I asked for a refund because i was given a smoking room so i could reserved a room at a different location. I was told no, then yes but only for one night and you have 15 min to look for other accommodations. I do not recommend this Motel 6. It was the worst experience i've had in a long time with a motel or hotel stay.

My stay was horrible cause others staying around me had fighting , kids running around playing ony car , people talking on the phone outside my door , another person sitting there with his door open like it's his patio blasting his tv . Idk how housekeeping knew when I left at random times in the evening but I came back to clean towels but still just makes you think your watched .

Staff accommodate to guest request and call once you get into your room to inquire of any issues and remind that you could always call front desk for issues and concerns. Rooms are typical to any other motel 6,,,, beds made a bit much noise but stay was okay otherwise.

We just needed a place to sleep so it offered us that but the reception people were slow and not very helpful. They didn’t have extra pillows of blankets and when they finally did find a pillow it didn’t have a cover on it. We were woken up by noise from the street at 7 am. The walls are really thin as well so you will hear every movement your neighbors make.

Stayed here one night, front desk not friendly. Loud, people doing drugs in and out of all different room all hours of the night. People yelling No AC, and my son and I got lice from here!

Excellent customer service, everyone was kind and courteous. The staff accommodated us when we asked for a room change. However the rooms need a lot of repairs, and I have never asked for my room to be changed at any hotel. The location was not ideal. You can hear the cars passing by very loud, the doors appear to have been broken as if they were broken into. Across the street you can see a large community of homeless persons. The hotel is gated, but these gates can easily been jumped over if someone wanted to.

Late review..but our stay was nice, staff nice and experienced. And even though the reviews I had seen before..place was a very nice place to stay. Kids really liked the pool and laundry very convenient. Beds were very comfortable.

Property seems to be going through renovations. It is old and dated. Rooms are small. If you just need a bed to sleep in, this place is ok.

Don't stay here, spend a bit more and get better. They put us in a room on the side of Western Ave (first floor in the 140's), traffic was so loud we couldn't sleep the whole first night. Got them to move us to a quieter side. The heat/air conditioner must have never had the filter cleaned. Realized after 2 nights I couldn't use it because it gave us both sore throats and sinus issues. Stayed a week because we had paid and didn't have another place to go. I didn't think I'd be sick after that, I don't get sick easily. But I'm home today and still recovering. Do not recommend!

The best thing about this place is that everything is covered in Bleach all of the Linens so everything is at least clean. The blankets consist of four soft pillows one old dented mattress two very clean sheets and one very thin fleece blanket I would consider bringing your own pillows and blankets for comfort. the problem is I had a non-smoking room and I'm pretty sure there was cigarettes somewhere in the drains every time I ran the shower or the sink it wreaked like cigarette smoke. there was helicopters flying over multiple times in the night my door didn't shut all the way even with the deadbolt so I had to prop a chair up against the door to feel like it was shut flush to the frame. the beds were actually terrible you could see the indentation in the mattress. I'm pretty sure my hips touched all the way through to the bed frame. There is a lot of sketchy individuals around the property that didn't seem like they had a room there. I actually witnessed two cars which looked like there was people living out of them and inside one of the car was a personal burner and I swear they were cooking something in there and not food it smelled like burning hair and chemicals... I was there by myself for a short trip but I wouldn't consider ever taking my kids and I'm sure if my husband would have been with me he would have made me go to a different Hotel.

It's just old, very old set up. They need a make over like few other Motel 6's where I have stayed recently and they are actually good and worth the money. Ok if you are travelling alone, budget constraint, and may be want to put up for couple of nights. With family or friends, it just doesn't make sense, also because of the location - yes though it is on the LV strip/road but it is at the farthest intersection (beyond the Strat) where the strip charm fades out for a mile or so. Won't prefer to stay again.
