This was my second stay and won’t be my last. The place is very close to the beach and not far from some great restaurants. The place has everything you need and the bed is so comfortable. Book your visit you won’t regret it. Greg is quick to reply back to questions or concerns you might have. Cheri

I found The Laughing Lizard by accident one day and thought the name was so cute so when I decided to travel I checked it out. I am so glad I did!! It’s small but still has everything you’d need. It’s clean, the bed is very comfortable, the location is perfect, did I mention it’s clean, and the owners are THE BEST! I highly recommend this sweet place. I will return!

The Laughing Lizard studio was a great space for the two of us. Everything we needed was right there, including items for our beach day. The wagon, chairs and umbrella were great. The location was great with a bar right across the street that we visited several times. The beach was right across the street and a short walk to the actual water. We'll be back soon!

There was a bit of confusion regarding check in time with the property manager, but other than that, this was a wonderful place to stay. It’s close to the beach, local restaurants, bakeries, and shops, and the neighborhood felt safe and cozy. Just minutes away from Clearwater and St. Pete’s by car, and less than an hour to Tampa Int. Airport, this place really can’t be beat.

so close to the beach and cute shops/restaurants right across the street. Owner was very communicative and made everything very smooth. Only issue, and this was my own fault for not reading description more thoroughly is that there is no stove in the kitchen. there is a toaster oven and microwave, crock pot all provided, my mistake for not noticing. but property is very nice overall!

I came here on my honeymoon with my husband for a few days. The manager of the property was so hospitable and always replied to my messages if I needed something. The beach was clean, lots of restaurants and shops about 10 minutes away. Perfect location for a nice and relaxing time!! I will definitely be coming back here.

Greg was super accommodating. Very clean, great location and super cozy! Our girls getaway was perfect in the honeymoon suite with the king bed and futon sofa bed (all very comfy.) The 15' swim spa outback was surprisingly fun and relaxing! We can't say enough great things about the Laughing Lizard!! The beautiful beach is just across the street. Beach Waves grill is a MUST for food and drinks and you walk past it to get to the beach!!

Overall the area is very laid back and everyone was so welcoming! Greg was absolutely awesome, and we would go back in a heartbeat. We even considered staying an extra day or two if it was available. Go get away !!!!
