We LOVED the house. It was clean and very well equipped. Could not have ask for anything more. The dock was blocked off (looked like it was rotten and falling apart), so that was disappointing other than that could not have ask for anything more, except more time :) .

Amazing Home !!
The home was very accommodating. My family (father, children & spouses) rent a home every year. This by far was our favorite. Amazing water views 24/7! We will be renting this again!

Worst home possible
Upon arrival we were met by the following: socks on dining room chair legs, cloth jewelry bags on a glass table immediately upon entry that kept the glass from sliding, an absolutely filthy living room chair, the dishes, glasses, and cups with food on them, "Welcome" mats cut to size placed on outdoor furniture in place of cushions, both exterior sliding doors were filthy in grease and grime in the track, the dock closed off with a do not enter sign. Although the description of the house mentions the contrary to all of the listed items. I was asked if I wanted the cleaning crew to come fix the issues. I was provided new outdoor furniture cushions. The cleaning crew did come and clean the sliding door tracks. I was also offered for someone to come wash dishes and clean the grimy living room chair. My question remained, how are all of these obvious issues not done prior to my arrival? The house was not rented from 10 AM on 3/29 until my arrival at 4:00 PM on 3/30. That is more than 24 hours that this house should have been prepared for the next guest. Then we got rain a couple of days into the stay. The drywall on the living room ceiling, that had been patched previously, became affected by the leak that was not fixed and the drywall fell off. Further, there was a puddle of water in the living room where water had come from under the exterior wall. I was offered for someone to come mop the water up. I refused and cleaned up the mess myself. Horrible house and vacay.

Sibling Reunion
Wonderful property for 6 adults. 2 bedrooms on first floor to accommodate 2 siblings with walker or cane. Spacious living arrangements with a well supplied kitchen. Excellent location with unobstructed sunset views. Heated pool added to our enjoyment. Our only complaint was lack of cushions on all outside furniture, but that didn’t diminish our enjoyment.

Awesome place!!
We had an absolutely great time, beautiful views of the gulf, and morning and evening visits from dolphins. Would highly recommend to anybody wanting an extraordinary view of the gulf and a clean home!!

Loved it!!
The property was nice and in a great neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting out on the dock as we seen aquatic wildlife of dolphins, fish, pelicans, manatee and nurse shark during our 6 day stay! There was shopping centers nearby for our convience. Our party of 10 had a lot of room to spread out so we did not feel like we were on top of eachother. Overall, a graet place to stay!

Palm Harbor Paradise
This property pleased everyone in our group. The neighborhood was easy to access yet provided ample privacy. The pool was a hit with the grandkids. There was an impressive amount of seating in the living room and plenty of sleeping area. The fishermen appreciated the dock but the star of the show was the extended balcony with its expansive view of the Gulf and those nightly breathtaking sunsets. An incredibly relaxing experience for all!

Family time
My family enjoyed the pool and swam everyday. The screened porch is great for the adults in the evenings after the kids went to bed. The view of the gulf was wonderful from many rooms of the house. We saw dolphins on multiple occasions. Problems were addressed quickly and our property manager was very nice and helpful.

The home was absolutely beautiful. It met all of our needs. The cleaning crew took about a hour after our check in time so we were forced to wait to check in. There were a few mishaps as the cleaning crew was rushing through. However I would absolutely stay again. The dolphin sightings were amazing. It was far enough away from the tourists however close enough to go to the shops. The property manager was absolutely wonderful.

The property was beautiful, the views were breathtaking. We did not even want to leave the house. We cooked dinner and ate on the enclosed patio bayside. The sunsets were beyond. We all agree we could not have chosen a more perfect place to relax and visit. Highly recommend.

Great place for extended family getaway
We had a wonderful time staying here over Thanksgiving. Seven adults, four kids (one infant) and we all fit comfortably and enjoyed the location and accommodations of the house. And the kitchen was stocked perfectly with cooking utensils and appliances to cook our turkey dinner as well as many other meals. Mona was quick to respond and resolve the few questions and small issues we encountered during our stay. It was a pleasure being in this vacation home and we hope to do it again!

Property manager was super nice and helpful. House was perfect for our family needs.
Our family loved the home and would come back again and again. Pool was great. The view was beautiful. Plenty of room for our family to have privacy if needed and a huge family room for everyone to hang out. The pool was a great place to spend the afternoons. No issues and no concerns. property manager was very easy to work with. Highly recommend this home!!!

Property on Tampa Bay
The property looks great in the photos.upon arrival, it was clear that some things were a little dated but overall it was a very nice house. The major issue we had is that the central AC system, while operating, was set to not go below 72 degrees. There were two portable AC units in the house, one on each floor, which helped keep things almost comfortable but not quite the desired temp. Beach Time Rentals was very accommodating and a thank you to Mona for all of her assistance. I would certainly rent again but will do some additional checking on some detail Items in the future.

Dream location right on the Gulf of Mexico
This house has some of the most stunning sunsets. The pool was great and the dock provided much entertainment with the wishing for the kids. There was also many dolphin sightings near the dock. The house spacious and equipped with everything you need to rest and relax for your entire trip.

Tranquil Florida Getaway
Tucked away at the end of a quiet street in quaint Palm Harbor, this spacious home was a peaceful getaway for our family of eight to enjoy the New Year. Great central location for visiting the beautiful beaches, making a day in Tampa, and going up north to swim with the manatees in Crystal Springs another day. The home was well equipped with everything we needed, good amount of linens and towels, even extra beach towels and sand toys. Many great restaurants in the area and we enjoyed a lot of good seafood and Greek food. Nice to sit out on the back patio and relax while the kids enjoyed the heated pool. Would recommend for families or groups. Nice layout and lots of space.

relaxing get away
The house is very nice and the neighborhood is peaceful. Access to the gulf was great, we had kayaks delivered for a day's rental and had a blast paddling up and down the coast. My only complaint is w/ the stocking of necessities like toilet paper and paper towels. For the price these should be supplied w/ extras (not just one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and a couple rolls of paper towels). And it would be easy to have a back-up canister of propane for the grill instead of making the guests fill it if it goes empty during the stay.

Incredible home, beautiful area.
This property and its location are nothing short of spectacular. The home itself perfectly met our extended family needs and there was plenty of space to spread out. We ate at a couple nearby restaurants in the very charming Old Town Palm Harbor area. If you plan on cooking in the beautiful modern kitchen, you may want to bring along your spices, but the home is stocked with more than it’s share of basic appliances, utensils, and dishes. Everything was very clean and it was immediately comfortable living! Out the back door you step into heaven on earth. The pool was beautiful and the ocean view a few steps away provided daily dolphin visits! There is an abundance of native birds, fish, and sea life galore in this area. The kids were catching lizards, starfish, and different types of crabs (and putting them safely back into their respective environment) all week long. We chartered a fishing boat during vacation and found it hilarious when the captain actually brought us to fish near our own dock! We truly had a relaxing, care-free, and comfortable stay and plan to return in the future for sure!

Nice property. A few repairs would upgrade.
Needs repairing, inside shades, bathroom sinks, shower controls, and outside screens. Wine cooler did not work, but not everyone would use it. It was clean and quiet with nice dock.

Beautiful and relaxing !!
This luxury home was more than we could have ever imagined. We rented on VRBO as a last minute getaway for some much needed R & R!! The quality and completeness of this home made our stay very enjoyable and relaxing. We enjoyed the full gourmet kitchen and grilling every night. Florida Family Fun with Fish and Floaties
The house was awesome with gorgeous views of the ocean. The dock was an added bonus for relaxation and sunset beauty.
