Whether you are looking to get away for the weekend or looking for an extended stay this is the perfect place! FREE gated parking for one car along with FREE street parking! With room up to 7 guest, the airy semi- open floor plan gives you a full kitchen, comfortable living room, huge windows and pool views! This state of the art loft was designed to give you a upscale and vibrant New York City vibe. Our place is perfectly located between all of the major attractions and plenty of restaurants, cafes that we'd highly recommend. Pool Rules

* Children need to be accompanied
* No lifeguard on duty

Pool opens yearly, the end of March beginning of April depending on the weather! The pool operation

and maintenance is completely out of your host control. Host cannot guarantee that it will be functional during your stay nor can a hotel.

Great urban apartment
We enjoyed our stay here! The apartment is nicely decorated and furnished with everything you need. I especially appreciated the coffee! The neighborhood is what you would expect for an urban, industrial area. The security at the apartment building was good, we felt very safe. We walked to the Brick River Cidery which was terrific (although I would not have walked in this neighborhood after dark). Overall, nice place for our weekend getaway!

Perfect for our group!
We loved it. Access was super easy!! Had everything we needed and then some. Our Host was very responsive with any questions we had. The place was clean and quiet. We took full advantage of the pool almost everday we were there. We will definitely book this place next time!!

The reviews people gave about the place are right in.
We smelled pot so strongly when entering the building but people were very friendly. Elevator had a bullet hole? Microwave door is still broke. I realize host cant control use of the pool but dont advertise it then. This is why i chose to stay here. Communication was ok. Host didnt seem very friendly and never thanked us for staying. we also heard gunshots and fighting and only felt safe because the place was gagated.friendlywapicked this place.

A beautiful loft
This was a great stay for us. Attractive and well laid out with many amenities, including laundry. our host was very responsive. The place was excellent for us - ages ranging from 6 to 75. Easy drive to St Louis attractions.

NYC Vibes
Definitely lived up to the name. Property is exactly how it is in pictures. From the outside you might think you are in a bad location but we never felt unsafe and the building is very secure. There are things that are out of your control as a guest such as certain smells in the hallway but what people do behind closed doors is their business. I would not recommend this property to families with small kids because of the furniture. We came across small nails popping up from the wood floor but the floors seem to be original from the building. We just had to step carefully. There was a fan that had a broken leg my husband tried to fix and the footrest of one of the kitchen stools was missing a couple screws and there was no handle on the microwave, which is why I'd recommend no small kids. But everything was clean and communication with the host was excellent. It was great to have all the space as a family of 4 and not be cramped like in a hotel room. I'd stay here again.

‘CHILL’ … this place Rocks!’
Those were the first words out of my grandsons mouth! It is all true! Love the revitalized building and the safety features including gated parking. The bathrooms were stocked with absolutely everything. Loved the kitchen and just like the bathrooms, had everything including fully stocked spice cabinet. I just wish our stay had been longer. Would highly recommend! Zeina was prompt in answering all questions and her book full of guide type information was excellent. Thank you!

Enjoyed our stay!
This place worked out well for me and my 3 sons to have a weekend away. It had everything we needed. We walked to the Enterprise Center for a concert. We walked to the City Museum. Perfect space for all of us and the kitchen was well equipped!

Wonderful Loft
We truly enjoyed our stay in this very unique place! The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was close to all of the things we did around St Louis and Zeina was quick to respond to any questions we had about our stay. There were several layers of security to access the building so as a group of 3 women, we felt very secure in the building. We would definitely stay here again!

Great spot for CITYPARK events
We were in St Louis for a soccer game at CITYPARK. This loft is perfectly situated - just a few blocks from the stadium and Schlafly brewery. Well appointed unit and great communication with the owner.

Worst VRBO experience ever
I booked this property in March. Our stay was for May 31/June 1. A few days prior to arrival date I messaged the host with a questio. She promptly responded with the answer. May 31, day of arrival and we arrived in St. Louis and went for lunch and killing time waiting on check in. About 2 hours prior to check in (only after sending a message asking about check in) did I receive a phone call from the host informing me that this property had been double booked. So now, we are in STL, with nowhere to stay. The host was extremely rude and unsympathetic to the situation. She took zero fault for the matter and stated she does not check every booking herself. She relies on an online service to handle it. Our money would be refunded but would take days… she offered no suggestions on what to do or where to go. It was just an “oops, sorry” and she hung up on me. So I cannot rate my stay based on the property itself but I can sure rate my experience and the unkindliness of this property host.

Loft Living
This is actually a 4.5 star review. Not just a 4. Love the location. Easy to get to my daughter’s campus at SLU just a short drive to Soulard, the Hill and to downtown. Loft was very clean and had every amenity that you would need. Internet based key system involved a bit of learning curve at first, but actually ended up liking it a lot!

The space was large and the kitchen was well equipped. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean, but the floors were pretty dirty. The wooden floors have large cracks that trap filth. While searching for a dropped item, I found a fingernail fragment. The weekend trash had piled up in the hallway and stank. No one took it out while we were there. There were tool marks on the elevator door and the parking lot gate. A car in the parking lot had bullet holes in it. We were short one blanket and this situation was not resolved during our stay. There is no whirlpool tub and the pool was not open during our stay.

The location is great in this area of STL. Especially enjoyed the gated area for parking and the key fob entry. The neighborhood is gentrifying as of this review. Cute grocery store, coffee shops. We didn’t eat at any of the immediately local places, but they did look nice. The recommendations of the host were spot on. The location is great to travel to any area - the arch, downtown, Forest Park, river cruise, the botanical garden, butterfly house, Grants Farm, The Hill, and the Soulard Farms Market.
