At first glance, this property is very inviting with a cool vibe and a lot to like. Sadly, if you look even a little bit closer, the lack of care is evident. Cleanliness for any stay should be a prerequisite, not a perk. This space was unreasonably dirty. Films of dust over every surface, empty alcohol bottles under beds, cigarette butts throughout the interior, and abandoned food in the oven(yes, seriously) are just the start of the obvious lack of any meaningful upkeep. Additionally, all of the dishes that were provided were filthy and the owner clearly didn't feel the need to provide us with any means to clean them. There were no pods or liquid to be able to run the dishwasher nor simple dish soap to wash by hand. Even if there had been, the only sponge that was provided was festering in white mold. Even wanting to do something as mundane as watch TV during your stay is a chore. Despite looking in every thinkable place for a useable remote to control the living room TV, we were unable to find one and had to resort to downloading a remote app on my phone. I sent the owner a message to see if they had an idea where it might be and received a reply say that it should be there and that they were waiting to hear back from the cleaner about it. Given the condition of the place I question whether there even is a cleaner and disappointingly never received further follow up. Most concerningly though, is the fact that all the smoke detectors were covered like some college dorm.
