The woman who checked us in was very terse and acted as if we were bothering her. The room smelled of chemicals, and there was a lot of trash in front of the doors to the building.

First time I ever stayed at Hilton where it took 3 hours to get a room. I was early but the room just needed to be cleaned and it wasnt that busy. They also didn't include breakfast which is also unusual. Finally the bed in the wheelchair accessible room was too high for wheelchair users to get in. At least there was a chair with footstool but it wasn't that comfortable
