Hospitality 100/100 , I really like the modern look of this resort also the afternoon and nightly activities is great. Overall I would rebook this resort again.

I had an amazing experience at this resort. All the staff were lovely and accommodating and they upgraded my room for free because I was celebrating my graduation. The food was amazing and so were the drink. The pool is always clean and the beach chairs and cabanas are perfectly located on a beach. Book your reservation immediately, you will not regret it. Special shoutouts to the bar tenders, the Vibe Team and the staff at the spa. There were so many helpful people that I couldn’t remember their names but Kiania, Kalique and Mildred were awesome. Thank you all for a lovely experience, I will most certainly be back!!

My biggest issue I had with the resort was false advertisement. I booked Luxury Ocean view room and was told the room I was assigned was considered an ocean view room. My view was of the pool area not the ocean . A lot of customers that day had similar issue, which is not good . Another issue was the showers. Inside of the showers were very slippery, and also had nowhere for you to place your soap. Besides that I really enjoyed myself and the staff were amazing. Ms. Cathy ( Manager for restaurant) went far and beyond to make sure everyone was happy and enjoying their food.

This property had just opened a week before we arrived. May7-14. The resort and beach are beautiful. They are still in the transition stages. They are in the stage of training staff. The staff were all so very nice and helpful. I can see this resort becoming a top resort in Antigua.. The food also needs some attention. But all in all we enjoyed our stay.

Didnt have any brandy or Cognac available, restaurants we closed, need a better room service menu especially for adults, pool closes way to early for an adults only resort.

The property is beautiful. The staff, while lovely is quite inexperienced, specifically at the restaurants and bars. The service at the restaurants was excruciatingly slow and made the experience subpar. i understand that the resort opened just a few weeks ago, but for the price, it was not worth it. Hope things improve soon for those that have upcoming reservations.

The only thing i like was the beach and the pool. The staff very unfriendly and the food are was filled with flies. The entertainment sucked. Even though we booked fir the Royalton Chic it was not open so we were stuck in the sister property which is a family resort.

I was supposed to be at the Royalton Chic, but ended up at the Royalton Family resort. I did not get what I paid for, and I need a refund .I paid for an ocean view, and had a lake view. I had a regular room instead of the luxry room that I saw online. The outdoors of the property was not bad. There were flies all over the food, and I got sick. The service was horrible. I would not recommend Royalton Family resort.

It was boringing. They asked me ro pay twice all though I had already paid, they cancled my trip a day early. If I didn't have all of my receits I would have been out in the cold. They do nothing about the excesives flys around our food. A few of my party had an elergic reaction and was rold they had ro pay 170 us to see a nurse.

Unsatisfied with the food and food quality. Too many flies and the food should be properly covered before and during serve. There are not enough seasonal fruits and papayas have peel on it. The air conditionings are not functioning properly. We have three rooms and two rooms are over cold even even thoufh the room temp set up for 78 F The rest of area are ok and the stuffs are friendly.

We were booked at the Royalton Chic. It was supposed to be finished by the time of our trip. It was for adults only. It was not finished, so the moved us to the Royalton Antigua. We didn't want to have kids at the resort. They did not do anything to compensate us for the inconvenience, even though we asked.

Chaotische Verhältnisse! Wollten und in ein billiges Zimmer unterbringen, obwohl wir die zweithöchste Kategorie gebucht hatten! Nach Beschwerde haben die uns das richtige Zimmer gegeben, mit blöden und unsachlichen Argumenten sich rausgeredet. Das Zimmer war neu aber chaotisch, da funktionierte nur die Hälfte, bei der Klimaanlage ist man fast weggeflogen weil sie so stark eingestellt war, konnte man nicht regulieren… und viele weitere Details, sehr schlecht geschlafen, der Strand und das Personal hat einiges behoben von dieser Erfahrung! Wir können das Hotel nicht empfehlen, voller grölender Amerikaner mit viel Gewicht und wissen dich nicht zu benehmen!
