I stayed at your hotel May 11/24 I had to fly out for work on Sunday Checked into my room that evening Settled down for a quiet night But that wasn’t the case Other guests took over the hallways with there kids screaming and shouting Music and loud noises I went to front desk to address the matter Also my toilet was plugged so I couldn’t use it Very disappointed But overall a beautiful hotel

I personally spoke with the guests involved and arranged for them to enjoy their activities in a different area of the hotel, away from the guest rooms, to minimize any further disturbances.Regarding the issue with your toilet, we regret that you encountered this inconvenience during your stay. Our maintenance team is always available to assist with any issues that arise, and we encourage guests to notify us of any concerns so that we can promptly resolve them. If you had informed the front desk about the plugged toilet, we would have been more than happy to send someone to address it for you.We truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us to identify areas for improvement and ensure that we continue to provide the best possible experience for our guests. When we got to our room and the heat didn’t work. We tried for over two hours before calling the front desk. They put me on hold for over 5 mins so I hung up. When I called back out of frustration after another 1/2 hour, they sent someone up. He agreed the heat wasn’t working but told us at 11:15pm, to wait a little longer and if it still didn’t miraculously start to work he could put in a maintenance request. Not sure how that would help when we were only there one night. We asked for more blankets and slept in the room with no heat. The next morning at check out, the clerk told us he couldn’t do anything about the bill because we booked through Expedia. He assured me he would have if we had booked directly with them! Frustrating! Side note: the bath tub and bathroom in general were not overly clean.

Check in was great, friendly, welcoming. I didn’t like that they put us in an accessible room when we didn’t need that. It was like taking a handicap parking spot at the store. But overall, nice stay. A variety at breakfast & clean.

We had an amazing stay at the property. The hotel was clean, quiet and very comfortable. The snack suite on the main floor, the pool and the friendly staff also made our stay unforgettable. It was our first time staying there, but definitely wont be our last!
