Located overlooking Coral Bay, away from the congestion of Cruz Bay and the ferry, guests will enjoy the new “Hot Spot” on the island with its easily accessible beaches, friendly tiny town, and conveniences including restaurants. Unlike many Caribbean destinations, this is an intimate lifestyle that fully recognizes the beauty and serenity of nature and laid-back living for real relaxation. SeaGrape Estate's location is so unique that it has been seen on House Hunters International multiple times. There is no need for us to use any zoom lenses in these photos. You feel like you can jump in from the deck.

• The main house features an open floor plan with large windows that enable you to enjoy the views. There is also a living room/dining area/fully stocked kitchen plus granite counter tops and stainless appliances
• The large private pool and deck were just refurbished with new tile, bottom coating, and high-grade salt water pump and filter. The pool house has a bathroom, shower, television, Wifi and a small refrigerator for daily use.

Loved our stay!

We loved our stay here! It was clean, better than the pictures look, had a well stocked kitchen and was close to Coral Bay! This was a perfect stay for my family and my parents. My parents had the pool house and loved the privacy they got! Paul’s communication was great and he asked several times if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again!!

Amazing stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. The views were so beautiful we had a hard time leaving everyday. The pool was such a great perk for a break from the beach. We loved Coral Bay so much - much quieter but also close to so many of our favorite beaches (Water Lemon, Salt Pond amazing snorkeling) Maho, Trunk Bay, etc were also very close. Couldn’t ask for a better host! We would definitely stay here again!

We loved every minute. Great location in Coral Bay. Amazing views. Pool was refreshing. Goats were talkative. Kitchen well stocked.

Coral bay

The location was perfect, about a half hour drive from the ferry, but there was a grocery store, restaurants and shops right at the end of the driveway. The pool was perfect and the bedrooms were much bigger than the pictures showed. The bathrooms were very large as well. We used the pool house for extra guests and it was perfect. Definitely need to rent a car, as with the entire island, the driveway is very hilly and has many turns. Paul was easy to communicate with and we got to chat with him a few times on property as well as his cat, Sebastian. There were goats and chickens who came to visit and donkeys down the road. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and look forward to staying here again.

Amazing house and views

We had an amazing time in St. John! The house was perfect for our family, the kids absolutely loved the pool. The location was great for accessing beaches nearby and restaurants in Coral Bay. The views were stunning especially at night with the full moon shining over the bay. All around a great spring break experience!

Island Bliss

We had the most incredible Island vacation. The panoramic views are even better in person. The house was a laid-back beachy island vibe. To be clear, this is a Coral Bay Island home, not the Ritz, but that’s everything we loved about it. There is no air conditioning in the main living area, which was not a problem at all. We opened up the doors and let the breeze come in and enjoyed the air conditioning in the bedrooms. We found the beds to be very comfortable and I slept great the entire time. We ate breakfast, looking out over the water and swam in the afternoon taking in the views. You absolutely need four-wheel-drive to get up to the house but it is in close proximity to everything in Coral Bay. It takes about 25 minutes to Cruz Bay. We much preferred staying in Coral Bay. It was exactly what we were looking for. Much quieter with a local feel. Greg was probably the kindest and most intentional host we’ve ever encountered. We had, unfortunately, gotten a flat tire on our rental car and he immediately came to help us change it. Nothing was too much. We would definitely love to come back one day. The one thing I would say to be aware of is that it’s very expensive on the island so we picked up our car from the airport and bought groceries on St. Thomas and brought them over. We were so glad we did. Thanks so much for a dream vacation.

We were looking for a quiet, non commercial property outside of the tourist hustle and bustle. I really couldn't have picked a better place! Loved the house & the island. Definitely need a 4wd vehicle to get around - the road to the house is no joke, but you get used to it quickly. All of us (2 adults, 2 older teens) had a great time & enjoyed the pool & the view from the house as well as the amazing island.

We very much liked both the location and the home itself. There are some good, fun restaurants close by and some unique beaches in a 15-30 minute drive. We loved the Reef Bay and Rams Head trails and of course the smoothies that were close by. We made full use of the kitchen and pool area that had all we needed and more. A villa for all of your island dreams

Our family of 7 enjoyed every second we spent at Seagrape Hill. From lounging in the hammocks, to splashing in the pool, Greg was extremely sweet and helpful when trying to explore the island. The constant breeze made our entire stay the most relaxing and the views are breathtaking!! There is nothing more this location needs, so enjoy every moment you can spend there!
