Typically, I find photographs of hotels are never quite as nice as the real thing. In this case, I’m not sure the photographs do it justice. The view of the bay is stunning from any angle and the grounds are so well-thought out and meticulously planned, it makes even a lazy vacationer stop and appreciate it. As it is terraced, you get different views depending on where you are, but you know you are on a tropical island no matter where you look.
Our room was spotless, modern and had everything one would need. The pool was perfect for a quick dip and literally steps away from the bay where you can wade to the beach or take their kayak/paddleboards. Breakfast was simple, local and fresh. It was arguably our favorite meal every day. Perhaps the best part of breakfast was a chance to talk to the owner about himself and the island. He is a great resource for steering you in the right direction for things to do, but laid back enough to let you make your own way.
It isn’t the biggest or most expensive resort , but I would put it up against of them. If you want to get out and experience Grenada’s natural beauty while having a perfect home base to do it, I could not recommend it enough
