Property was filthy and disgusting. By far the dirtiest, grimiest, smelliest, most beat up room I've ever stayed in. Room was advertised on Expedia as "sleeps four," and had pictures of room with one king bed and a sofa-sleeper/hide-a-bed. But we were given a room with no sofa or hide-a-bed at all. When I asked for the room my reservation said I was paying for, the front desk said I would have to pay extra. So I had to sleep on the floor, while my teenagers slept in the bed. The hotel gave me only one blanket and pillow to sleep on their filthy, odorous carpet with. During the night on their gross floor, I got spider bites on my back. The room was also advertised as non-smoking, but it wreaked of cigarette smoke. I am thoroughly disappointed with Expedia and disgusted with Claridge Inn over this, and feel I deserve a full refund. If anyone doesn't believe me, go check out room 116 at the St. George, Utah Claridge Inn and you'll see I'm spot on the truth.

It was a very cheap motel. We just needed one night so it was fine. The light in the bathroom wouldn't stay on. The switch was broken and kept sliding to the off position. That is really scary while you are showering! The room had that OLD smell. The air conditioner wouldn't change to another speed. It was either "on" full speed or we had to shut it off. We really wanted to use the hot tub, but it didn't look very sanitary. The front desk lady was very curt. The security guy was just rude. Won't be coming back even with a cheap price.

Hotel itself is good but stay away from room 111. Next door room 112 is permanently occupied by a family with two young children. The kids are ill-mannered and scream until late at night and early in the morning. Parents do not pay attention to any remarks about quiet time and don’t give a f about the fact that the loud noise of their children disturbs other guests of the hotel. As for the hotel itself, it's great for the price you pay. With all the bonuses and discounts from Expedia, my room with two queen beds was $32. Can you imagine that price in 2024? Just fantastic. The room itself is clean and tidy. The hotel is not five stars, but it is quite pleasant and is located near I-15 and the plaza, where there are many cafes and restaurants. The only problem is neighbors, who do not pay attention to the fact that children scream until late at night, bang on walls and doors, and wake everyone up in the morning with their songs. If you are offered room #111 - refuse, because you will have loud neighbors who live there all the time and will not let you rest.

The only lady that is nice there is blonde lady in the day time the old man at nights is the most disrespectful person I have felt with locked my key in the room it was pretty late but he was swearin the entire way to Unlock the room mind you I stay here a lot this was not professional of him at all

As this was only overnight stop was more that sufficient for my needs. Was pleasantly surprised by value for money. Shower had great pressure. Room was slightly dated but that was reflected in price. Several restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay again

The room was very dirty so we asked for a different room. The guy was very indifferent about the dirty room. I informed him that I once was a housekeeper and his workers weren't doing a good job. His answer was that had been very busy lately. He did move us to the room next door which wasn't much better. I went and bought some Clorox wipes and did some cleaning to get us through the night. The lights in bathroom had no covers on them. His reply was that they have been that way for years. I Would not recommend this place.

Front staff is aggressive. They wanted me to pay them $100 deposit for one night stay, the previous week there was no deposit. I didn’t have the deposit money so I was turned away and would not refund my money for booking the room!

Decent and easy for a quick overnight stay
The hotel itself wasn't too bad. It was quiet and the location was easily accessible and central to lots. My only complaint in regards to the room was that the temperature controls were a little wonky. The unit only had freezing or really hot and it never shut off. Also - not related to the hotel itself but worth noting, the younger female receptionist at checkin was horrible. VERY rude, not so much as a hello when I walked in. Then announced my room number out loud with other people in the lobby which is a safety issue. She couldn't be bothered to tell me more than 'Your room is on the end that way' which wasn't true. We had to go around the front of the building to get there. Not a huge deal since it is small but just not a great first impression. The older lady in the morning was delightful at checkout though.

Good for one night
The gentleman at the desk was very friendly and helpful. 10/10 customer service. The room was dirty, there was recent shaven beard hairs in sink and used towel on the counter, but the room is very cheap so I didn’t mind as much.
