The Space:
The Studio at Sevilla is a quant upstairs apartment with 1 queen bedroom and a cozy open-concept living/kitchenette area with a queen pull-out sofa. A private patio with seating for 2 is right outside the front door- the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail after exploring the city. One reserved off-street parking spot is available for use during your stay.
Guest Access:
You'll have full, private access to the entire apartment.
The Neighborhood:
Our apartment is in the center of the Historic District of Downtown St. Augustine. Walk out the front door and everything the city has to offer is right at your fingertips! Check out the drone photos to see how close we are to everything!
Getting Around:
There is one dedicated off-street parking spot available for the apartment. If you have additional vehicles, the Municipal Parking Garage is nearby (3 min walk) and the City of St. Augustine has an abundance of paid parking spots surrounding the area. Park your car and forget about it - everything is within walking distance! Feeling adventurous? Rent bikes and have them delivered to your front door (ask us for details). If you don't feel like walking but still want to explore, the city offers several trolley tours.

SECURITY CAMERA: The home has an active security camera installed at the front of the building. No private areas can be seen and there are no other cameras inside or outside the home.

Night of Lights Visit
As advertised, nice location, and perfect for us. It is just a block off of the old city area, but removed enough that we were not trapped by the traffic jam that developed every evening, so we were able to walk to enjoy events, as well as drive to other tours we had booked. We were there for 3 nights.

Nice property. Perfect for a couple or friends. Very private and safe neighborhood. Walkable to historic districts and restaurants. Easy check out. I hate when too many check out requirements.

Perfect location, perfect stay!
Wonderful location that's within easy walking distance to everything. Privacy is assured; we stayed here and the other two units were occupied, but we never saw the other guests.
The home is updated and super clean. Very comfortable and well appointed.
Communciations and details were easy, and the owner shares great details about the local area.
Major plus: off-street parking is a great asset here!
