Just step outside and you will see the ruin of St Andrews Castle, main residence of the bishops and archbishops of St Andrews and round the corner is the majestic remains of Scotland’s largest and most magnificent church Cathedral. Less than 5 minutes from east sands beach and harbour.

Set over 3 floors, this beautiful house comprises of sitting room, TV room, kitchen, dining room, private walled garden, 3 en suite shower rooms, 1 shower room, master bedroom with super king bed, 3 twin bedded rooms.

It has been decorated to a very high standard throughout with all new furnishings and fittings. This house is fantastic for graduations, weddings, reunions, golf or of course a wonderful family holiday.

Perfection!
This property was perfect. The location was amazing—close enough to shops, sites and restaurants but still fairly quiet, except for the occasional college student. The house was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. June was great to work with and provided great recommendations on transportation since we did not have a rental car. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful
We have stayed in many flats in St Andrews, and this was by far the best. It is exactly as advertised. Roomy, spotlessly clean, and very well appointed. The garden is lovely, the kitchen is spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. As with many homes in St Andrews, the wifi struggles to reach the upper floors, but it works very well on the ground floor. The hosts are very responsive to any questions. This is an absolutely beautiful home and we highly recommend it.

Spectacular Place
Three of my buddies and I were playing St Andrews and three of our wives accompanied us. This place is awesome! It’s on the far end of the east side of the main drag. Still an easy walk with your clubs to the old course. The women loved the central location to shopping and sites. June, the owner, was super to work with. Her correspondence and quick replies were greatly appreciated. We had arranged an early check-in (couple of hours) because the place was not rented the day before we were to arrive. However, because of the weather in Scotland, the Dunhill Golf Tournament was postponed on Sunday and there were tournament golfers that had to extend their stay an extra day. Therefore, we were not able to achieve an early arrival. June was there to meet our wives when they arrived. I don’t know if, or when, I’ll be back but, there is no doubt that this is the place I’d chose for four couples. This property is exactly as advertised, if not better. Just added to already unbelievable golf outing.

20 year vow renewal
This home was PERFECT. I cannot say enough about the charm, the cleanliness, the coziness, all the little details that were curated so beautifully. But I think best of all (if that’s possible), was the location. The house is so central that it’s impossible not to love it. Just steps away from the castle + Market street, our family was able to move through town with ease. When my husband + I needed to find a rental to renew our 20 year vows at, this home met every need. With just a few family members gathered in the backyard + a short walk into town for dinner after, we have no regrets at all. Will we be back? Hands down. No question. What a wonderful experience we all had.

I can't say enough about the house. It was very clean, in a great location, and had everything we needed to make our stay incredible. We especially liked having the outdoor patio. Our family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights for our daughter’s wedding. The home is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. The garden is lovely and the location is just perfect. You can walk everywhere so no car is necessary. The beds are awesome…all kings and so comfortable. We loved every minute and hope to come back again.

We were in St Andrews for my son's graduation and could not have stayed at a better property, The house is lovely! We were a group of 6 and there was plenty of room. We were here for two of our party of eight to golf each day. The golfers were quite happy with that. The rest of us were tourists and visited several of the nearby castles. This Fife Cottage was perfect for our family of eight with four bedrooms and four baths. The outdoor garden was lovely in the evening. We definitely recommend this accommodation.

Family Golf Trip
June was wonderful to work with as we planned our holiday. She was quick to respond to any questions we had along with making recommendations. Even once we checked into the property, we emailed her with a question/concern, she responded promptly. Fife was centrally located so it was easy to explore St Andrews. Everything was within a quick walk of the house; shopping, restaurants and of course the Old Course. Although there is no on-site parking, finding street parking was never an issue. We had rented two cars for our stay. We could always get them parked close to the house. The house was set-up perfectly for traveling with a group of six. The study in the back of house was great for relaxing and recouping from the day's adventures. We certainly would love to return for another stay.
