Country quiet
Nice and quiet neighborhood. The house is clean and so cute. Just the right size for our family. We spent a relaxing NYE weekend here at the house. We enjoyed it very much!

Large home in quite neighborhood
It was a great stay. Kitchen was very well appointed with many more tools than most kitchen. Hot tub was hot and very clean. Communication with guest was wonderful. Had Xmas tree and decorations out side that made it very festive. Thanks

Beautiful Home
We loved absolutely everything about Michael’s home. The checkin process was smooth. The house was super toddler friendly. They had a crib , diapers, wipes and pretty much everything we needed. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, we cooked a lot of meals and were very happy to find all the utensils we would need. The house has a great front porch and a huge backyard. The dogs had a great time in the yard. We also spotted some deer. The location was super convenient. It was located close to Canyon Lake and some Wineries which we enjoyed. Would totally boon this property again :)

Second time just as good
This was the second time that we stayed at this property while visiting family in the area. The house was very clean and well stocked for both stays. The host, Michael, is a great communicator and very easy to interact with. The location is convenient for us and the fenced yard is great for the kids to play in. I would recommend this property if you are looking for a rental in this area.

A Beautiful Place
Beautiful outside and in, as someone noted, the pictures do not really justify ! We had a wonderful time !! Very private and Secure. Perfect 5 star stay.

Easter getaway
Great house and very clean! Kitchen was well stocked. We loved playing ping pong, air hockey and foosball in the garage! Definitely will be back!

Perfect Getaway
The house and property were amazing! The house was exactly what we were looking for in a getaway. It was quiet, peaceful, and beautiful! The house was exactly as described in the description and pictures, even though the pictures doesn't do it justice! My 3 year old and dogs loved playing all around the property that was securely fenced in. Lots of area for a curious little boy to roam and play! The house had all the little things you didn't think to pack, we didn't need for anything. The hot tub and fire pit was amazing! My teenager enjoyed his time there just as much as my toddler. They were both upset to leave and my toddler has even asked to go back now to the yellow house. The house is in a central area where it's a decent drive to almost any tourist area you may want to visit. There are also 2 restaurants right outside the neighborhood that both had excellent food in a family environment with playgrounds. When we go back to the hill country again, I will most likely rent from the same property again!

Comfortable property
Very nice house (pictures are a true representation) and lots of private outdoor space. Michael was immediately responsive when we had questions. We worked during our stay and the wifi was perfect the whole time. We had a great experience here.

This property is very clean and top notch. It is beautifully decorated with every convenience. They thought of everything you could ever need plus some. The property owner could not be more kind and helpful. We highly recommend this lovely home in its secluded yet accessible location. You will not be disappointed!

This host and his property are terrific.
The home is as comfy as described but the real gem is the terrific management of the property. The owner was helpful at every step but not intrusive. Would recommend this home for family gatherings of varying generations.

Great place!
Nice home in the Texas hill country. The host was very easy to work with and he was friendly and professional. The house a was very clean and was set up very well. We did not have any issues and I would recommend this property.

Lovely Home in the Hill Country
We had a great time as the house. It’s updated and clean with plenty of board games, ping pong, foosball table, hot tub, and more. It’s in a nice neighborhood and close to Canyon Lake, wildlife park/caverns, New Braunfels, Boerne, and Gruene. The hosts were very accommodating, prompt, and informative. I highly recommend!

Birthday trip

Great Place! Great Host! Great Time!
Had a great time at this property that essentially offers fun to relax on the property or is located where you can enjoy all the nearby activities in New Braunsfels, Spring Branch, and San Antonio to name a few. The communication with our host Michael was perfect and they went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed are stay with the changing weather by bringing firewood for the fireplace and a heater for the garage so we could still enjoy the amenities and ensuring the water on the property did not freeze up during our stay. They also recommended several nearby activities that were perfect for our kids on a really cold and windy day. Also, with a fenced in large yard it is great for dogs and had tons of deer to look as well. Thanks to our host for a great stay and we will most definitely be back in the future!

Perfect getaway!
We absolutely loved this house and property! We stayed with 3 kids and 2 grandparents and everyone had a good time. We brought our dog and she enjoyed it as well! The house is beautiful, clean, and every detail is taken into consideration. We had everything we needed! The property is very large and our dog and kids enjoyed exploring! They rode bikes, played ping pong, watched movies, played games, relaxed in the hammock, drank hot cocoa on the back porch, and we roasted marshmallows in the fire pit! The owner was very responsive as well. Such a great family retreat and we will definitely visit again!

Great location, cute house
We stayed here for a week. The house is really cute! It was a perfect place to get away, relax, and watch the deer. Canyon Lake is about 15 minutes away and San Antonio was a quick 20-30 minute drive. I enjoyed the sitting area by the windows. We have a small dog who wasn’t a fan of the tall grass, but it was all good!

Great Getaway
The house was very well done, extremely clean and while the location makes for a bit of a drive to area attractions, being in the hills with all the deer grazing in the yard was the highlight of the trip for our 4 yr old. Would highly recommended this rental!

Darling House
Our family along with family friends enjoyed our stay at this Spring Branch home. We had our dogs’ boarder cancel on us last minute and had to take our dogs with us. I knew it was a pet friendly home but completely forgot about notifying Michael that we would be bringing the dogs with us. Upon our arrival, Michael was notified that we had dogs with us and graciously worked with me to include and finalize the dogs stay at the home. The home was extremely clean and cute as can be inside. All the pleasantries for a comfortable stay were included. We were just a short 25 minute drive to our vacation destination that included Canyon Lake and Gruene. Only a couple of little things came to mind that we would change...the very large yard was not mowed upon our arrival...but neither were most of the yards in the neighborhood so that could very well just be the trend out there, we arrived in the middle of a summer day and the thermostat was set at 79 degrees....took a little while for the home to cool down but once it did it stayed very cool inside, the guest bathroom shower floor is extremely slippery when wet...there were two slips and falls but nothing serious. Other than those, probably knit picky things on our part, we did enjoy our stay and would choose this property again.

Relaxing stay
We had a great time! The abundance of white tail deer and axis is amazing. The home is centrally located to just about everything you’d need and is very well maintained. If you’re looking for a place for family get away, this is your place!!!
