Great Family House
This house was very comfortable for six adults and two children. Great beds, plenty of bathrooms, large backyard, and the hot tub was a definite plus! We would definitely rent this property again.

Very close to everything!
Quiet neighborhood and close to just about anywhere you’d like to go. Found the sweetest coffee stand, Bliss, around the corner and there was a Starbucks close but a Dutch Bros right down the street. The house was good size and had plenty of space for everyone to spread out. It’s a little dated but we were happy with the location and space!

We have used this property for 3 consecutive years now. Its great for us as it is close to Eagles Ice Arena. Downstairs tv room is great for watching sports in between our games.

This house was perfect.for our family. Lots of entertainment for all.of my kids aged 9 through 14. The movie theater was our fave feature! Very clean home and very well stocked kitchen The large capacity washers and dryers made doing our laundry a breeze. We were surprised with complimentary early check in which made us feel very valued as guests. We come to Spokane for veterans hospital appointments monthly and.will definitely return!

Great reunion location
It was a great space and I highly recommend it. The bedrooms were well laid out, there were enough common spaces that smaller groups of people could break off, and the hot tub and theater room were very well received. We had no concerns for our 1 year old getting into mischief, with the gate over the stairs and not a lot of knick knacks laying about for him to try to eat. The only warning (which the homeowners cannot do anything about and so it should not count against them) is that cars use that road as a cutoff. This meant many people drove by so quickly it made it hard for the kids to go outside in the front. But the backyard was a fun area to play, well fenced and kept up nicely. Rent this home if you are looking for a comfortable homey experience!

Family Vacation
Overall a very good place for our stay. Took a while to get to it because of traffic on US2, but within a day we learned the secondary roads and that cut travel time by 50% (use Nevada to avoid US2). Very convenient for Walmart / Winco. Great dining options nearby. Easy to get to downtown Spokane and the mall from this property. Close enough to the edge of town for quick getaway to area parks. Movie theater in basement is top-notch, great selection of channels and shows. House was super comfortable for our group of 7. Kitchen had everything we needed and was easy to use. We had room to spread out for private conversations, and for full family participation as well. Kids really loved the foosball table.

College Stay
Our family visited Spokane to move our daughter in to college. The home was clean and had plenty of towels, shampoo and conditioner provided. Access to the home and communication with the owner was very good. There are additional charges for each guest and the contract asks for the guests to do some items that a cleaning service should do, which I generally understand from an owner’s perspective, but it seemed a bit excessive for a well intentioned guest and family who is paying a cleaning service fee. Overall, the home was in a good location, a good value, convenient to schools and shops, clean, and we had a relaxing and comfortable stay. I would recommend the home to others.

We had a wonderful time at Hill n Dale home! The house is older but impeccably clean with good quality amenities that really make you feel at home. The movie room in the basement is wonderful and the back patio and hot tub are fantastic. We loved it!

This place was so much more than what the pictures show. Its clean, roomy and very comfortable. I'm a coffee in the morning kinda person and the coffee bar was stocked! That to me was the icing on the cake! Thank you! I'll stay here again in the future.

Perfect stay for Bloomsday girls weekend!
All 5 of us had a great time at this property for the Bloomsday Run! After a long trek to get to Spokane, we arrived pretty tired so we were so thankful for the smooth checkin and the SUPER COMFORTABLE BEDS! Great Family Gathering House
Our family enjoyed staying here for our dad's 90th birthday. It was very clean, roomy and accessible. Neighborhood was quiet and well kept. Went to visit my daughter and amazingly had a fantastic time staying in this beautiful home.
The house comes with a hot tub that is well taken care of along with quality beds to get some great sleep. The property owner keeps good contact. My wife was pleased that we found this gem. We appreciate Rick for allowing us to use this home to visit our daughter. We also appreciate there is a no smoking policy since neater of us smoke. Would definitely return in the future.

Cozy little house
This house was perfect for our stay. It fit all of us perfectly. It was busy enough for the kids. And quiet enough for the adults. My favorite spot was the back porch. Nice and quiet for my coffee and quiet time ever morning.

Great home!
We needed a house for my daughter’s graduation that would hold grandparents, siblings, etc. this house was perfect- there are three bedrooms on the main floor so the grandparents didn’t have to use the stairs and it was roomy enough that 8 of us were very comfortable- we could even eat together at the table. It was also a Sounders game day and we were able to watch the game on the big screen in the theater room. I had several questions before we arrived (about a bbq and the coffee pot situation) which the property manager answered very quickly. We had a lovely stay.

We were here for the Adult Sectionals Figure Skating Competition at Eagles Ice Arena. Very convenient location to the rink. Spacious house with nice amenities. The owners were great with communication. Will stay here again for future competition.

Property is as advertised. There is a lot within the property, with a media/workout room and a hot tub. Alas, we didn't use most of what they had to offer. We selected the location due to its proximity to Mt. Spokane - conveniently located to shopping centers as well as the mountain. Nice place.

We stayed here as we visited family in the area. A nice property that was accurately represented. We had small children so the glass coffee table and glass dinner table made us a little concerned. There was a nice safety gate at the top of the stairs to the basement where the movie room is. House was well stocked with all that we needed.

A delightful stay in a pristinely kept, large home in a great neighborhood. We rented to stay for a family wedding and it was perfect. We (as requested) entered all potential guests before arrival and were very comfortable with all of us coming in and out to enjoy the area, home, theater and hot tub!. Wonderful beds, ample linens and access to washer and dryer were perfect. The neighborhood and all of it’s turkeys were lovely, as was its view. Easy check-in and check-out. Wedding Get Away
We rented the house for my grandsons wedding. We shared it with family from Whidbey Island, Vancover, Wa., and Bothell. The beds were very comfortable. We especially loved the covered patio in the back yard. We grilled steaks on the barbecue and enjoyed the crystal clean hot tub. We would have loved to use the movie room downstairs, but just didn`t have time.
