Villa White in Spa with pool

A vacation filled with luxury awaits you in this 3-bedroom holiday home in Spa. Featuring a private swimming pool and bubble bath, you can have relaxed days here. It is near the forest and town centre and ideal for a group of 6 or families with children to stay with pets.

The Spa Francorchamps race circuit is at 15 km and the town of Spa with its thermal baths is at 2 km. There are many cultural and sports activities in the vicinity. You can try hiking and biking to explore the surroundings. Kids will enjoy the Plopsa Coo amusement park at 17 km. The ski lift is at 6 km and supermarket and restaurants are at 2 km.

The home comes with parking and heating and has a wood stove in the sitting room. You can enjoy computer games and unwind in the bar. Spend the evening on the terrace or furnished garden. The barbecue, sandpit and trampoline adds fun. Children's bed and space for 1 pet are also provided.

Check-in timings are 4 : 6 PM and check-out timings are 7 : 8 PM.
Attention: outdoor swimming pool open from May 1st to the end of September
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Alles top, wlan nicht so gut und deutsches TV leider nur 1 Sender.

Sehr schönes Haus und toller Pool. Grill ist sehr alt und nur mit Alu Schalen benutzbar. Betten sehr weich und WLAN sehr schwankend. Alles im allen sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man einen entspannten Urlaub möchte.

Auf den ersten Blick sieht das Haus gut aus, aber wenn man genauer hinschaut, ist das Haus nicht sauber und weist viele überfällige Wartungsarbeiten auf. Das Haus verfügt über Glasfronten mit Schiebetüren, es gibt keine Fliegengittertüren. Das Ergebnis: viele Insekten und andere Lebewesen im Haus. Der große Sonnenschirm über dem Gartentisch ist kaputt. Das WLAN ist ausgesprochen schlecht. Die Betten sind für 2 Personen (zu) klein. Genügend Handtücher und Küchentücher. Die Reinigung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Alles in allem viel Geld für ein schlecht gepflegtes Haus!

Die Administratoren haben nach drei Tagen ein neues Set arrangiert, nur konnten wir dieses nicht verlinken, schade für unsere Kinder. Die Villa ist ein schöner Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen durch die Ardennen.

Het huis is prachtig gelegen aan de rand van Spa. Wij verbleven er met ons gezin (twee volwassenen, een baby en onze hond). We zijn regelmatig gaan wandelen, richting de bossen maar ook naar het centrum van Spa. In de ochtend hebben we lekkere broodjes gekocht bij de bakker in de stad en in de middag hebben we regelmatig gebruik gemaakt van het verwarmde zwembad. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien maar kan wel een opfrisbeurt gebruiken.

Prachtige woning in leuke omgeving. Veel troeven maar sommige dingen kunnen wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Keukenkasten niet allemaal proper, zwembadrand heeft veel lossen stenen en dus best pijnlijk voor de tenen. Licht in douche valt uit na 20 seconden en dan sta je daar in donker….

De White Villa ligt prachtig gelegen in het groen met een rustige straat .In de villa is alles aanwezig 3 mooie kamers met elk hun eigen badkamer en WC ,ook de keuken en woonliving was dik in orde .en het verwarmd zwembad was een pluspunt ook de tuin was groot genoeg en een kleine speeltuin voor de kinderen .ook s,avonds met de BBQ die ter beschikking was het gezellig . het enige minpunt was bijna geen bereik of ontvangst met de GSM . ook een slechte ervaring met Belvilla minstens na onze bevestiging van de White Villa 4 a 5 maal een mail gestuurd telkens een bevestiging gekregen dat ze mijn mail goed ontvangen hadden en binnen de 48 uur een antwoord zou krijgen WIJ HEBBEN NOOIT EEN ANTWOORD WEER GEKREGEN .ook proberen bellen niet binnen geraakt dan proberen chatten met een medewerker maar die kon ons niet helpen omdat die enkel vragen kon beantwoorden voor de verhuur van een vakantiehuis . en nu we op vakantie zijn krijg ik 3 mails hoe mijn verblijf daar is . zelf vind ik dat van Bevilla een GROOT minpunt .niet antwoorden op een vraag . vriendelijke groeten . Prima verblijf gehad. Aardige meneer die ons hielp, er waren de eerste dagen wat problemen met de verwarming in het huis en daardoor was het erg koud. Dit was na 3 bezoeken van monteurs verholpen. Verder is het een fijn licht en erg ruim huis. Het is wel wat ouder en overal zijn echt sporen van slijtage. Ook was het houten dek niet echt geschikt voor kinderen omdat je er niet met blote voeten op kan lopen vanwege het splinterende hout.

Mooi huis in een residentiele buurt van Spa. Direct aan een bos, maar ook vlakbij het centrum en de winkels. Mooie tuin, goed voor kinderen. In de zomer aangenaam met het terras, BBQ en zwembad. Op het gelijkvloers is de leefruimte heel mooi en goed ingedeeld. de keuken was even zoeken, maar vonden we achter de bar met een trapje naar beneden.

De afspraak voor sleutel overhandeling verliep perfeckt, jammer genoeg kregen we heel weinig info wat betreft bediening licht (was domotica systeem, als je dat thuis zelf nog niet hebt is het toch even zoeken). Is wel niet geschikt voor mensen die moeilijk te been zijn ( veel trappen, keuken, de diverse slaapkamers, wc)

Wij hebben een heerlijk vakantie in dit mooie huis gehad, vriendelijk ontvangst, uitleg en contact was helemaal goed. Mooie inrichting, alles is schoon, lekker geslapen. Heerlijk zwembad en veel privacy. Rustige omgeving waar je alle kanten op kan om iets te bezichtigen. Winkels, warme bakker! Gevraagd of er nog 2 familieleden mochten komen overnachten en was geen enkel probleem, het was ons huis voor deze week :-) Voor ons een dikke 10!
