Based on the recent ratings, I assumed this was like regular holiday inns I have stayed at on the east coast. This place is much more run down. It gives more inn vibes. After I checked in, I noticed blood spots on the blankets. Overall was not clean. They moved me to another room. That room had a smoke alarm that beeped loudly every 2 minutes. I told the front desk and they just took the alarm off instead of replacing it or giving another room. I thought that was unprofessional. They did give us breakfast vouchers but having the switch rooms and still dealing with unclean vibes is not worth it. Would not stay here again for the price they charged.

The gym was terrible. None of the equipment worked so I had to run up and down the hall. Tv selection was awful, maybe 7 channels. Breakfast was extra for a buffet which is offered for free at most holiday inns. When I complained they shrugged their shoulders and said “Meh”. No offer of compensation or empathy for the conditions of the hotel.
