The property manager had sent some move in instructions months before my trip, i thought it was just a registration confirmation. I go to the Tiki to check in like i did last year (different property manager) and they blindly sent me to the condo. At the door I'm confused by there not being a lockbox for a key or anything. I call the front desk and they don't know and say check my email. Finally i find the email months back in my email with instructions to check in at La Copa first to get the key. I called La Copa for assistance and they said we had to drive all the way back to the front of the island, get the key, and drive back to the Tiki to access our condo. Very, very, very frustrating. Especially when you try to regularly check in and have your hands full of suitcases and bags and have to take them back down the stairs and put everything back in your car because you have to drive miles to go get the key. Very stupid if you ask me. Property itself was GREAT! Beautiful and clean, no critiques there.
