The hotel is situated in a secluded part but close enough to the stateline. My wife and I stayed for only 1 night but we loved the amenities within the room, and quaintness of the property. The best thing is that communication is extremely fast with the property representatives, and you have keyless/cordless access to the units.

Really nice location for a visit to Lake Tahoe, really close to lakeside beach which is definitely worth a visit. Driving distance to stores and restaurants. Overall a great stay and would come back in the future!

The location is great! Easily walkable to the Heavenly gondola. The room smelled a bit musty and moldy. It seemed to be coming from the heater.

Beautiful space. Very cozy. Nice large bathroom and shower. Tastefully decorated. Very close to everything and walkable (gondola, restaurants, shops, casinos) really enjoyed this stay and would definitely recommend!

It was a decent place to sleep that was conveniently located in walking distance to heavenly village. Only complaint is there was a lot of dust on the base boards and under the bed. My sons are very allergic and made for an uncomfortable sleep.

Didn’t like the keyless entry system or lack of cable or satellite television. Room was otherwise very comfortable and clean. They should have tea in their selection of coffees because not everyone drinks coffee

As per our property description, we do not provide cable TV however we offer brand new Smart TVs with multiple streaming platforms for guests to log in to with their own accounts. We just did a large digital lock upgrade this week so we hope our locks will become easier to use using a text function. All our units have electric kettles and tea provided, alongside Keurig machines for coffee. We regret you did not reach out to us to ask. We hope you had a pleasant stay otherwise!

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL STAY
ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL STAY . Im a contractor and have stayed in about 4-5 different lodges or Inns similar to this property. I have been disappointed with all of them but don't complain because I can't expect much for pricing under $100 night.
But I found this Stay for my last week working at Stateline and was so Impressed with how well the roooms are put together. And holy crap the beds are insanely comfortable! Great kitchenettes too! Lastly, the customer service is TOP NOTCH! Took care of our needs instantly! I'll absolutely stay here over any casino any day!

The newly remodeled hotel was very nice and modern. It is close to downtown South Lake Tahoe and all the Casinos. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had no issues during our stay.

Such a cool and private central location. Easy instructions on how to use the property. Excellent food and drink at Maggie’s across the street (plus tons of other places). Walking distance to the Harvey’s outdoor Amphitheater, casinos, lake and golfing. Really nice people and super responsive. Quieter than we expected. Super cute rooms with luxury amenities.

Cute little modern room in great location.
The unit is small, but modern, clean and comfortable and had all we needed. Great location to walk to lake restaurants and casinos. The locks are a little tricky and we couldn’t lock one night but a call to customer service was fast and efficient in helping us. I will say that it can get a little loud in this unit since it’s next to the cleaning crews storage space.

Our stay was great! The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommend. We were in town for a show at the outdoor arena and it was just around the corner. It was perfect.

As we note in the check-in instructions, OPENING SMART LOCK: These locks are sensitive and if any pressure is on the deadbolt, it will not open. Pull the door towards you or push the door away as you press the lock/unlock icon if it does not open.Thank you for being our guest!
I did not receive check in information 48 hrs prior to my stay as stated in my confirmation email. I had to call to get my access code. Upon calling I was told I didn’t not have the room secured because I didn’t pay the deposit fee when in fact I was emailed a receipt and the entire amount was deducted from my credit card account. I was then told my room was reserved already from Feb 1-5th and was not available. My reservation was for Feb 18th! It took about 10 mins back and forth for the customer service representative to tell me she found my reservation and she would email me an access code. She blamed the mishap on Expedia for not paying them. Whatever. I don’t care. That isn’t my problem. Most unpleasant experience ever, almost leaving me without a place to stay!

Unfortunately there were some technical and payment issues with Expedia that took a few minutes to resolve for Bao. We sent all check-in info prior to the 4pm check-in time so there was no delay in checking in or any other inconvenience. This is sadly a false account of the events that transpired.

Clean Cute and Cozy
Clean, cute, cozy place. Walking distance to ski lift, shopping, casinos and restaurants. Quite a bit of snow and they were plowing the parking lot when we arrived. We told the guys plowing the snow what room number we were in and they cleared out our designated parking spot for us.
