Logement à améliorer

Nous avons rĂ©servĂ© le logement pour un sĂ©jour d’une semaine entre copines et nous avons relevĂ© plusieurs points importants que nous souhaitons partager aux futurs voyageurs. Commençons d’abord par les points positifs: La proximitĂ© de la plage centrale (et donc des resto, de la boĂźte de nuit, du lac et du centre ville) est Ă  prendre en compte! La terrasse est Ă©galement trĂšs agrĂ©able et au calme, et les chambres sont assez spacieuses. Attention si vous avez des jeunes enfants ou si vous n’aimez pas le bruit, la proximitĂ© du centre peut dĂ©ranger la nuit, car beaucoup de jeunes y font la fĂȘte! Enfin le proprio travaille juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© et est donc assez facilement disponible. Cependant il reste beaucoup de choses Ă  amĂ©liorer afin de rendre ce logement plus agrĂ©able Ă  vivre. En effet, la vaisselle est sommaire (2 tasses, 2 bols, 3 verres Ă  vin et 3 verres Ă  eau, 8 assiettes???) ce qui est incohĂ©rent avec la prĂ©sence d’un lave vaisselle Ă©tant donnĂ© qu’il n’y a tout simplement pas assez de vaisselle pr faire tourner une machine. De plus, nous n’avons trouvĂ© ni torchon, ni poubelle (obligĂ©es de mettre un sac poubelle en vrac dans un coin). La prĂ©sence d’un micro ondes et de produit vaisselle, de sacs poubelles ou de PQ seraient un plus, mĂȘme si pas obligatoires
. Enfin, trois gros bĂ©mols sont Ă  notifier: la douche est complĂštement bouchĂ©e Ă  notre arrivĂ©e le dimanche soir, et le mĂ©nage fait alĂ©atoirement
 les chambres sont correctes, mais le salon/cuisine et les recoins en gĂ©nĂ©ral sont sales
 (toiles d’araignĂ©es dans le four), de plus, la porte avant ne se ferme pas complĂštement, pas hyper secure, ni arrangeant lorsque que l’on a envie de faire passer la lumiĂšre en ouvrant les volets mais en laissant la porte fermĂ©e
. Bref. Les points nĂ©gatifs sont minimes et peuvent ĂȘtre amĂ©liorer facilement. Dans l’ensemble je dirai que le logement pourrai ĂȘtre un peu plus perfectionnĂ© par rapport au prix payĂ© (880€ pr 7 nuits).

Idéalement situé mais mal équipé

Le logement est Ă  1min de la plage, ce qui est idĂ©al ! Le prix est trĂšs intĂ©ressant mais le logement est trĂšs mal Ă©quipĂ© et la propretĂ© laisse clairement Ă  dĂ©sirer. Autrement le personnel est trĂšs agrĂ©able et l’arrivĂ©e et la sortie sont trĂšs simples
