nichts hat mit der Beschreibung übereingestimmt.
Ich habe es gebucht, um in der Nähe von Airport Adler wegen der nächtlichen Ankunft zu übernachten. Ich habe vorgewarnt, daß wir ca um 01 bis 02 Uhr früh ankommen. Das Hotel war doppelt soweit wie beschrieben; es war dicht abgeschlossen; am Klingel stand wir sollen die Rezeption tel. erreichen, um ins Hotel zu dürfen. Wir hatten keinen Rouming, mit Mühe und Not haben wir sie erreicht; dann musste sie 2 Formulare für jeden für den Gast ausfüllen und die Hausordnung sollten wir auch um 01:30 Uhr aufmerksam durchlesen und unterschreiben; das Zimmer war für 1 Übernachtung gebucht und wir sollten mit unseren Koffern in die 4. Etage nach der ganzen Prozedere ohne Fahrstuhl gehen, ich habe einen Aufstand gemacht, sie behauptete das Hotel wäre ausgebucht, keine freie Zimmer... dann plötzlich sagt sie uns es ist die untere Etage frei, jedoch von anderen Gästen unbeliebt. Ich sagte uns wäre egal, wir sind ja nur für eine Nacht da, morgen früh sind wir fort, es muß nur ruhig sein... Jedenfalls wir konnten kein Auge dort zumachen: Lärm von der Strasse, irgendwelche Babygeschreie, Hunde und vieles mehr. Das Zimmer war sehr einfach und schäbig, allerdings die Betten waren sauber. Als wir dann zum Frühstück gingen, konnte ich überhaupt nichts essen: es war 2 verschiedene Breisorten serviert - Reis und Hafer, die unansehlich und kalt waren, 1 kaltes Würstchen, Tütenkaffee/ Nesquick, schmeckte nach nichts, ich habe gebeten die Brei heiß zu machen, keine Mikrowelle, letztendlich hungrig wegg
